The bathroom doesn't have a door which can be uncomfortable to use. They didn't clean it during our stay.

Location is excellent. The view is amazing and it's very close to centro in a walking distance. The room is comfortable, there is hot water and the bed is great.

Rooms are very basic. Bathroom only has curtains, no doors. As a solo traveller it was no problem but when you share the room with more people it might be inconvenient. The room did have an odd smell (like old furniture) which didn't go away, even though the window was open all day. Location is up on a hill, so be aware it's quite an uphill walk if you come from the center of town (10min).

Great place to stay if you visit Cuetzalan. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Whenever I needed something, they would make sure it was provided. The rooms on the ground floor (205/206)have the best views. Very spacious and clean rooms. If you're looking for something peaceful and quiet, than I would recommend this place. All of Cuetzalan town was very safe to walk around.

This was my second time staying here this year and it was just as good as the last. A clean and comfortable place to stay with friendly staff, what more could you ask for.

It is not fully isolated. On cold days you will need warm clothes inside the room.

At every minute the hosts were available for questions and support. We had a wonderful breakfast in our room and a beautiful view inside the center.

I didn't like that I could only stay one night this time! Next time I will stay longer!

This is simply one of the most enchanting places I've ever stayed. It's a secret hideaway, it's a bit like staying in a tree house, it's like sleeping in a dream. The view is spectacular, the service friendly, courteous, and welcoming. Every inch is sparkly clean. The restaurant serves delicious and ample meals. The afternoon coffee is courtesy of the owners, as is morning coffee and pan dulce (sweet bread). Don't miss the Tlayoyos. Delicious! There is a game room and several magnificent terraces, all within walking distance of Cuetzalan's Zócalo. It's a short drive to the archeological site and botanical garden of Youhualichan. Also, nearby are exquisite caves, waterfalls, and endless adventures. The owners and staff are the nicest people you'll ever meet. I will stay here again and again. It's perfect for a long-term stay, which I am seriously contemplating. It is a magical place to stay in the extremely magical town of Cuetzalan, in the state of Puebla. The buttons only allow a ten, but I give this lovely Posada a twenty+. 🥰

It's a little bit far to walk to the town center but that's okay cuz it gives you better exercise and it's fun to return to your hotel up the mountainside.

This is a very friendly hotel with gorgeous views of the mountainside, comfortable rooms, and the proprietors care a lot about you.

I wanted to be away from the center of the city and we were farther than I'd imagined. It is downhill all the way to the center and a very pleasant street, but it's uphill all the way back :) If you don't mind the exercise it's fine.

My room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and very quiet for a great night sleep. The owners were so friendly and helpful. The location is great. Nice and quiet yet a quick and beautiful walk into town. The views on the walk into town are the best in the city.

the power of the internet wasn’t strong enough I have to get out the room to have access to internet. The place is peaceful and you don’t have to worry about other guest that is good.

surrounded by vegetation and is easy to access the property. it is perfect for a great place to visit. it is clean and you can have a room for yourself with enough space. The staff is friendly and gives you directions.

Staff not very helpful with suggestions and indications and not open to clarify that the breakfast was not included Worst of all, the room smelled bad because of faults in the sanitation system; these faults were obvious to the staff, but they didn't do anything to fix things Overall, would have expected much more from a place that apparently has a 9.0 rating on Booking
