The free breakfast could have been better, fresh fruit or eggs.

The staff were helpful and left us use the shower downstairs when we first arrived and also hang out there while waiting for our bus. Our room was large, comfortable and clean. There outside space was pretty. There was a great restaurant one block down and it was a short walk to town and to the bus station.

World's most annoying wifi system. Every time my phone left the hotel, it would disconnect and the "24 hour access code" would expire. Had to go to the reception and get a new code every single time. Annoying and difficult to understand why anyone would ever create such a system. Hotel okay, wifi fine but tremendously annoying. There were a lot of ants in the bathroom and the room fan did't work.

The location is a big weird, but on the plus side it s very close to the main bus station, 15 minutes of walking distance!!

Everyone was very nice and helpful, the room was very big, comfortable, clean and cute and the building has a very cozy ward with a fountain that is great for chilling!! The stuff really tried to make our staying there as easy as possible!! Very cheap as well, great worth of money!

Just the little thing that our room was located downstairs and you could see that it was a bit old. Small hints of mold on the curtains.

Everything except the fact that our room was located downstairs and not that clean. The staff was absolutely awesome though and helped out with everything. Even gave us recommendations for the rest of our journey within México that turned out to be absolutely worth giving it a try. The room v was very big and 4 choices of breakfast to choose from included in the price.

WIFI was an issue often dropped out, however this was easily resolved by confirming which wifi login we needed to use (E.g posada kin A/B/C )

The room had everything, the bathroom was clean. Towels plus soap and drinking water were provided. Bed was huge and comfortable. Location is close to the city centre and centre square, lots of restaurants and choices on the area. Close walk to collectivo that can take you to Ruinas and cascadas. A/C works really well. We arrived early and they held our luggage for us before check-in, which was helpful.
