We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MexicoThe front desk and other selling personnel are polite, as long as they try to upsell vacation packages, but the hotel didn't respect the characteristics of the room that was paid for (it had neither a balcony nor any kind of view, which was outlined in the reservation) also they came up with an extra charge for one of my kids which wasn't outlined in the booking reservation. So I was very disappointed with the room and the administration personnel, who are really pushing in their upselling attempts making the experience annoying, without offering any resolution or compensation for the guest's inquiries. The food is average either in the buffet or in the Italian restaurant which attendance has to be previously reserved.
The biggest asset is the beach which is perfect for kids since it is not very deep so small kids can enjoy being perfectly safe , water is crystal clear allowing the sight of some beautiful fishes while swimming alongside your kids. There is also a water playground where kids can enjoy playing.

MexicoWhile using Booking.com, the reservation received showed 1 guest even when I chose and paid for 2. Both Booking.com and the hotel were not very helpful, I was in constant communication with both trying to figure out and this caused me a LOT of stress that my stay at the holiday didn't make up for. The hotel is dated and the staff was exceeded with occupation. Very poor service, elevators didn't work so we needed to use stairs a lot, and the car that took us to the beach was also not working which made it for a journey to go to the beach and relax.
Price is good for what you get, there are fewer and fewer all-inclusive hotels in Acapulco, so it is nice to have the option. The food was okay, but the restaurant was a bit crowded (it felt alive tho). Comfortable rooms altho the WiFi there is not great, so if you need to work remotely maybe is not the best option.

Generally a nice place with a decent view, but a little pricey for what it had to offer (we selected it because it was within walking distance of my aunt's condo). The service was good, the food was okay, the room was clean but the bed uncomfortable, and the place was generally old and in need of remodeling. Not a bad stay but a bit overpriced.

United StatesThere were so many negative points about this “resort” and our stay, and even though I never write bad reviews, this one is a must to help other travelers choose wisely. I do NOT recommend this place at all. My family and I arrived at the property on a Friday evening at 10:30pm super hungry after 6 hours of traveling. There were NO food options available at an “all-inclusive” property at this time. We had to order delivery and spend extra money, and when it arrived the staff complained that we were eating at the lobby bar, which I was pissed since the hotel didn’t have any food option to begin with and I was not going to have food smell in my room. When we got to the room, the AC was not working properly and half of it was broken. The room was extremely hot, and they brought a fan to help us sleep through the night before changing us to a smaller and worse room the next day, making us loose a day of our short vacation with all the room changes. Only to change us later to a better option. The main pool was disgusting filled with bugs and even though I complained several times, it was never properly cleaned. Lastly the food and drinks were horrible. No matter which restaurant we tried, the food was extremely low quality and they basically served leftovers over and over again. It was so terrible that my mom got food poisoning on the second day and could not eat nor enjoy the vacation. The drinks were basically the cheapest quality and terrible options for alcohol-free drinks. Would not recommend this resort to my worst enemy. Please go somewhere else if you want to have a good family time vacation.

United StatesWe just stayed at this All Inclusive resort as a retail customer and not a member Now for the downside of our stay. This place is top heavy on sales people trying to sell you a membership and short staff on people caring for the common areas. We noticed staff was walking by the pool and beach areas and were not picking up empty trays and garbage left by guest. The pool water was murky, so if you want to go for a swim, I would suggest taking a dip in the ocean which is much cleaner. I have never experienced towels that are numbered when you check them out. We also have never experienced washing and reusing disposable plastic cups which the resort does. We were disrespected by resort members who removed our towels from the chairs and threw them on the ground claiming that they were members and that they had the rights to our chairs. The bed was hard, and felt like we were camping in the outdoors. The air conditioning was not strong and had a hard time keeping up with the ambient temperature. The food was sub-par, or should I say out right terrible. The food was not fresh and all the quality was spared. We ate out a few times instead of subjecting ourselves to coming down with more dysentery. The food at the pool snack bar was rated lower that what you would find at an OXXO. Bottom line here, the food is TLS. Usually the food was the same day after day, but there was a change in variety when more members were at the resort. Also the guy cooking the eggs and working at the snack bar during Christmas 2022 CAN'T COOK. They replaced him after Christmas when more members were at the resort. Park Royal spends more effort trying to sell more memberships than running a resort
