We picked this hotel to have a place that we could work remotely. They have an office space. The first day they let us use the space all day, which was very helpful. But the second they only allowed us to use it for 3 hours. And they changed our room because we had a dog, unfortunately the new room didn't have a good desk and chair to work with. It was uncomfortable. Everything else was wonderful.

All staff were helpful and friendly.

The swimming pool pump needs to get fixed as guests would like to use the pool to relax.

We got to stay at this lovely hotel with valet parking which was very handy. They were dog friendly and we stayed for 2 nights which included a buffet breakfast. The staffs were nice to me and my little family ( myself, husband and dog). We really enjoyed our stay. They were central, close to a dog park, the bed was comfortable and clean. The shower was nice and hot, the wifi was great and we really enjoyed our stay here so thank you so much! :-)

No view: the window goes out into a dark well, which doesn't really matter if you're only there overnight, however.

Room and beds were good, location convenient, within easy walking distance to the rambla. The breakfast (included in the stay) was wonderful, buffet style, very well stocked with attentive restaurant staff.

Great location in Centro, steps away from the market, shops, parks. The check in process was seamless. The room was large with a very welcome air conditioner. the bathroom was nice with a big shower. 20 minute drive from the airport.

reception staff was really not very helpful or friendly - we were unsatisfied with the room as it was very noisy and didnt know what to do. finally other receptionist arrived and solved the problem - even if we got a worse room than the booked one. on the photos the rooms look newer than they actually are.

The hotel is in a central area of Villahermosa, very close to the market of the city - with all its advantages and disadvantages. Breakfast and the personal working were fantastic - that was definitely the highlight of our stay - waiters and cook were very friendly and supportive. The room was basic but for one or two nights if you dont have great expectations, it is ok.

Plastic between the sheets and the mattress. Only an American breakfast included, extra cost for buffet. Towels could be of better quality. Hot water in the shower came only after minutes of waiting. The check in took ages.

Reception staff were rude, “free” breakfast is a scam, we were told when this reservation was up we could extend our stay for a week directly through them at the same price. This was followed the next day with, you can stay one more night and then vacate. The room key stopped working daily.

The hotel is pretty outdated, not even vintage, everything looks extremely old and not taken care of. The towels were so old that they were starting to rip, the sheets and pillows were so old as well. We took a look at the pool and the water looked green. The breakfast was the continental one and we ate it at another hotel, it would have been nice if this was told before booking. There were no locks inside the room, they opened our room while we were inside. There are no door signs to let people know if we want the room to be cleaned or not. Also, when we first arrived into the hotel to show the booking email, they tried to charge us double of what the Booking.com app said, that delayed our check in as well.

The facilities were decent, and the beds were big. The elevator was pretty helpful.

I always recommend this hotel location. Is close to business locations ( food, shopping, souvenirs and a lot more ). I have been at this Hotel location, my parents and a sister with her husband. Everybody has been please ( happy ) with the service, location and commodity. Thank you Hotel Olmeca Plaza.
