The noise from outside was a little bit audible from the room, but nothing significant that you couldn't sleep

The room wasn't anything special. A little dark and miserable, but it was fairly spacious, very clean & had a balcony overlooking the pool area. Also the gym was unfortunately closed for maintenance.

Great location-close to the airport & downtown Cancun. We were only there for one night so it was perfect for us. The hotel was lovely & clean. The pool area was absolutely incredible!! The staff were friendly, polite & helpful. And a free breakfast! Highly recommend.

We found a gecko in the wardrobe on our first night. They also didn’t replace the bottles of water for brushing your teeth but replaced the big bottle for drinking everyday

The room was really clean! The AC was functional and we had a view of the pool. I also really liked how the pool was well taken care of and I commented several times about how impressive the hotel was despite being on a budget.

This is nothing major: I wasn’t a fan of the bathroom door configuration. It doesn’t close off the bathroom completely and is somewhat like a door you’d find in a public restroom.

I recently stayed at this hotel in downtown Cancun, and it was an excellent experience. I want to especially commend the staff, particularly Alondra and Jorge, who were fantastic. They provided exceptional service and were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The facilities at the hotel are very nice, and the location is superb, making it easy to commute around the city. The staff went above and beyond by providing me with a map of all the key areas and helping me plan my vacation since I didn't have much planned initially. The rooms were more than okay; they were very good and comfortable. We managed to get a great price through Booking.com, for which I am very grateful.

The only thing I can criticize is, that when you booked a day trip, most of the trips are starting at 7 am or earlier and the breakfast in the hotel starts at 7 am. If it starts a bit earlier would be great because you need a lot energy for the trips. Otherwise everything was great and we would come back.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. The apartment was large and had everything you needed.

Rooms are a let down after the lobby. The bed was comfy, but there were plastic sitting chairs and an old paint scheme. Also I didn't like the smell of the cleaning products.

The room was quite dark, the ligting could be better. The shower has a clear glass which you can see from the bedroom..if you're staying with someone you hardly know, you may find this uncomfortable as well as the toilet area which you can hear from the bedroom as both are part of the bedroom and it's not separate.

Facilities were great,the hotel has a beach club vibe but also chilled. Bigger and better than expected. We had breakfast included, which was a buffet style with something for everybody. Location is in the downtown area, 20mins drive from airport and about 10min walk to ADO bus. Also close to bars and restaurants but about 20min drive to the main Cancun tourist area and beach. I recommend getting an uber around as its a fraction of the price and cheaper than local taxis. Note uber only available in Cancun..overall a nice hotel with gym and bar the best part being the outdoor pool area.

Everything was great

Love this place and have stayed here a few times before. Price is great and the breakfast is great. Love the pool area and the people there are very nice. A little oasis downtown. Bus from the downtown terminal stops right at the corner of the property and the bus to the beaches is just around the corner Very convenient
