Very spread out - if you’re in a far building it’s a bit much. The room was also starting to show some age

So close to the airport, makes for very easy logistics. Restaurants exceeded expectations, great pool areas with an excellent service team

The ceviche from the family pool restaurant needed more flavor.

The service! Staff is phenomenal Gustavo was extremely attentive & had amazing customer service. The ladies from the kids club were very welcoming my kids enjoyed the kids club. Just amazing! Can’t wait to go back.

The beach is very nice but it is shallow so to have a good swim you need to go to the pier.

Amazing hotel. Superbly decorated, very comfortable serviced twice a day. Food was delicious - we tried all the restaurants except for the Mexican grill and each time the food didn’t disappoint. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The main pool is big enough and heated so no problem getting in. The sun lounges around the pool area may get filled very quickly but there was always plenty of space on the beach which is not far away. It was really hard to leave.

Beautiful property, attentive staff, excellent, excellent food. Great for families and couples looking for an exclusive experience. Simon at the valet, Ricardo our building 9 concierge really stood out. New Jersey.

Nizuc is advertised as SPA hotel and the room prices are not cheap. When we tried to use the spa we were told by the spa receptionist that we had pay 160 usd per person extra otherwise we couldnt use the spa which I find totally appalling. This is not good to say the least.I also did not like the back part of the hotel which was just concrete and not in a good taste . Also the hotel was painted in shades of brown which for a summer hotel is a bit depressing.

Nizuc is a lovely 5 star hotel with excellent service and a great beach and a choice of many restaurants. Food is very good( a bit expensive) Rooms are spacious and very comfortable and clean. Internet works very well in all parts of the hotel.There is also a very good cigar room

The food and drinks are very expensive, so it ends up being a much more expensive stay

The beach is beautiful, the pool is great for swimming, the staff is great! The restaurants are really good, we especially enjoyed Indochine and Ramona. Really enjoyed staying at Nizuc and would love to come back

The seating in the rooms and on the balcony needs more thought in that whoever designed it has obviously gone for look rather than comfort. The balcony chairs were wooden and angled with no cushions provided and 2 of these on a bare concrete balcony really didn’t provide an inviting sitting area compared to other beach resort hotels we have experienced. The indoor seating likewise was more style over comfort. The restaurant choice was good but our favourite Asian one closed at 6pm and the others were closed on different nights so not all available to choose from on a set day.However this probably reflected we were here for Day of the Dead so not in high Cancun season.

This is a beautifully designed hotel with a marked Thai style from the moment you enter reception and look out over the pools and sea. Extremely efficient service and staff who are friendly and helpful .The swimming pools were absolutely amazing - a joy for dedicated length swimmers as well as providing the ubiquitous swim up bar for those more inclined to relax.The restaurant choice offers something for everyone .The rooms are spacious with everything you can think of being provided- even a clothes steamer.

It’s not all inclusive snd was pricey. But well worth it.

The location on a preserve and was very peaceful and quiet. The rooms and bathrooms were large. There is an adult only pool.

The price was higher than I wanted to pay and it was not an all inclusive hotel therefore we ended up spending a lot more than we budgeted, however, it was well worth it and we do not regret it. Would highly recommend this luxury resort.

Gorgeous property on a preserve away from the hotel zone making it peaceful and relaxing. All staff members we encountered went out of their way to please. Food was excellent at all restaurants, fresh and creative.

well - i can tell that is overpriced as the beach and the view from the room is not really directly to the beach, and its lagoon not really type of beach as its actually look on the pictures of the resort when u book the hotel on top of that the check in was at 3 pm thats not really comfortable when u pay 1000$ a night at least can be an exeption of an early chek in at least 12 we arrive at 10 and was super tired.
