Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesLike all of Mexico, the water iwas not drinkable which is fine. They should provide guests with enough bottled water each day to at least brush your teeth and have some drinking water. (There was only a tiny bottle of water) They offered to have room service bring us expensive bottles which we declined, so we had to make a seriously long walk down to the lobby to get some water. Most nice hotels that we’ve stayed at in Mexico give guests water bottles each day. This hotel was very expensive, so we expected more.
Comfortable beds, convenient location in Terminal 2, good breakfast for a fee

United StatesThe communication didn't match the standard of the quality of the aesthetic. It was all small things. I speak enough Spanish to operate a business in Latin America, and I slow my English down and use basic words when someone is working hard to speak in a second language. Everyone spoke very fast and slightly colloquial. I had a lot of difficulty getting something printed. Asking for napkins with my dinner was also basic but frustrating. I attempted to communicate through booking about late checkout as I arrived at midnight and there has been no answer. It's all small but it adds up.
The room was great. Spacious, comfortable, clean, and with everything you could need. The breakfast buffet had so many great options and excellent service.

The hotel is right on the airport terminal, however it was kinda hard for us to find the lift, maybe having signals could help. The also had transportation to other terminals which was really nice

United StatesWe had to wait 20 minutes after we booked on booking.com to check in. This was an inconvenience because we arrived very late after a very late flight and had an early connection, so only was able to be in the room doe 3.5 hours. so 20 minutes was a long time to wait.

United StatesThe most significant issue is with the “parking,“ which was essentially nonexistent during our stay. The hotel parking is shared with the general airport parking, and the airport police had blocked off the entrance because it was supposedly full. I say “supposedly” because on our previous stay at the hotel, the airport police had blocked off access to the sixth floor of the parking structure, where the hotel parking is located, because they claimed it was full. However, our own physical inspection of the sixth floor parking area verified that there were at least a half a dozen parking spaces empty and available on that floor. Suffice to say, don’t count on being able to park at this hotel.
The location of the property cannot be beat If you are arriving at terminal two in Mexico City airport. Also, the staff was very friendly and willing to help. If you asked for something, they immediately took care of it. The Italian restaurant in the lobby was very good as was the morning breakfast.

United States1. There were issues with accessing the parking. 2. Since it’s marketed as a five star hotel, we would have liked to have a pool, jacuzzi, sauna. 3. It’s extremely difficult to get in touch with the local hotel itself.
The location is very convenient, particularly after arriving via international arrivals in terminal two.

United StatesThere are way behind in neutral bathrooms in the common area. When a bathroom is in repair , there is not a notification. They should allow guests to to use male or female bathroom with supervision. Personal by elevators approached to direct us to a bathroom with a mad expression (morning) hopefully on the future pretend being okay even when you are exhausted. I understand the physical fatigue affects the mood, but a smile or cordial greeting looks better, a question how can I help you? ( or provide breaks to the personal)The bathroom to use is far away from the lobby and I wonder if I have a person with severe physical disability. How can I get that person to that faraway bathroom. By the parking lot. Counter personal were nice, polite and helpful.
It is very convenient for my travel time.

ChileIt felt very insecure to be there since the personal made a mistake with my room, they gave me a room occupied and was very uncomfortable to enter and see a guy there. I imagine for him was very scary also. That happens with many passengers, at least 3 according I could notice that night. For the price and the stars of this hotel you don't expect this, it is basic to do not give the same room for two different people. I wont come back.
Breakfasta is great and the room was very nice

United StatesIt's like a round building so getting to your room takes what feels like forever! Also, they don't provide more than the most basic soap and shampoo; no shower cap, no body lotion... I don't think the staff is specially nice.
The location, pretty much inside of the terminal which means very easy access.

United StatesThe food in the restaurant wasn't great. Had a vegetarian burger for $260 that looked like they just pulled it out of the freezer, worse than something I'd make at home, couldn't believe it would cost that much for what we got. The restaurant was decorated really nicely though at least. The gym was also tiny, with only one set of weights for each set and packed with people. Couldn't believe how small it was for such a huge hotel that has so many other big open, empty spaces that they would be so cheap on the gym setup :/
Beautiful hotel, great room, best shower of my life. Fast wifi! Amazing location right outside of Terminal 2 - you don't have to leave the airport. Friendly staff.
