Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

FranceFor the price, there is nothing I can complain about.
The hostel is looked after by a lady and her son, both of whom are warm and welcoming. They gave me towels for the shower and were accomodating with my needs ; the place was clean and cozy and the beds confortable enough and they provide fitered water. Located in a good neighborhood I arrived at midnight and felt safe. The Bus terminal is close-by which makes it easy to travel. For the price and the last minute availability I have to say it was over my expectations - I recommend this place.

It was close to the ADO Busstation. Instead of two bunk beds, we got a double bed in a free room.

PortugalExcellent place to stay for a visit/holiday in Cancún. I stayed in private accommodation for an excellent price and I appreciate all the kindness of the hosts which are very nice and helpful. I liked the organization of the space and that it was very clean. The rooms are nice, the bed are very good and comfortable pillows. It is located right in the center of Cancún, but in a very quiet residential area, so no noise at night. Is at 5 minutes walk from the ADO bus station. I highly recommend a visit to Cancún and stay in this hotel as it has a very good relation quality/ price.

United StatesI would say this property is perfect if you just want to stay for a couple of days. The gents shared room is located on the 2nd floor and has an attached bath. However, it's pretty hot there and they turn off the AC every day around 10 or 11 am local time. The AC was initially ok for 2 or 3 days. Later it was blowing out just air or hot air and never cooled the room. So it was very hard to survive there. Initially, when I decided to book this place, I thought it was pretty cool and the previous reviews said it's very good, and the pictures showed a kitchen, But only once I got here, did I realize that they just provide a camping cooking stove for you to cook something and it takes very long to prepare anything on it. I and a couple of other guests communicated to them many times regarding the concerns regarding the AC, but nothing was done to take care of it
The location of this property is the best thing I like about it. It's pretty close to the ADO from where you could pretty much go to many other places by bus or mini bus or take tours.

10 min walk from the ADO station. Friendly host. Booked a dorm and had a room to myself. Lots of facilities in the kitchen. Free water. Aircon and fan in the room.
