Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWater pressure was alittle intermittent and would have loved some more of the coffee pods included :) Not so close to the beach, as expected, but offered so much instead and amazing value. Highly recommend overall.
Own plunge pool, rooftop pool which we had to ourselves almost the whole time, comfortable and well equipped apartment, excellent service/ assistance, easy walking distance to bars/ restaurants in La Veleta area. Massages on site. Lovely and calming environment.

United StatesLocation isn't amazing, but would be better with a car. Water was out for almost 36hrs. Whilst the staff was awesome about it, it wasn't ideal for a 5 day stay. Wi-Fi was basically unusable. Which also rendered the SmartTVs useless to watch anything on.
Property is absolutely gorgeous, private pool was lovely, terrace was excellent. Super duper stylish and comfortable- everything you might need is in the kitchen, good quality Zara soft furnishings and diningware. Staff was awesome, we were greeted by every single team member of the property. Ana the manager, in particular, was truly a professional. Pool was cleaned twice in 4 days, very nice!

United KingdomA little bit of a sewage smell in one of the toilet. Power had gone off in parts of Tulum on one of the days, would have been great if they had an onsite generator, but the staff did everything they could to keep us comfortable.
The staff very professional, efficient and welcoming. The apt we rented ( 3 bedroom with private small pool) was fantastic, spacious, clean, great comfortable beds. The small plunge pool was fantastic to cool off on a hot afternoon.

I’m very big on looking at reviews before staying at a Airbnb/hotel or resort. I must say that Namas was one of the absolute Best places I’ve stayed while traveling. The way the pictures look online are exactly what you’ll see in person. This property is gorgeous, everything is stunning including the pool☺️. It’s literally brand new and well kept, from cleanliness to decor I have to rate this place 10/10. Namas was soo peaceful, we will definitely return to stay again. I can’t forge about the awesome hospitality we received from staff, the receptionist was soo sweet & went above & beyond to help with all of our needs. If you’re ever in Tulum, choose Namas you will not be disappointed!

It was such a lovely welcome.. as soon as you approach the building you feel serenity and luxury. The staff helped with our bags and allowed us to check in early which was appreciated. The apartment was stunning with lovely neutral interiors. A lot of the items hadn’t been used so still had tags on. The living space felt relaxed and spacious. The bathroom was gorgeous in design and a powerful hot shower. We also had use of a hot tub outside which they had kept on so it was warm for our arrival. The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants and few shops. I recommend “The OG’s” for a lovely meal and intimate setting. The upstairs pool area we used daily and really caught the sun. It really is a beautiful stay!

GermanyIt was not clear that there would be no room service during the stay, charging 80 pesos for 1 cup of Nespresso is quite pricey, wasn't communicated well/at all in the beginning. When we left we were accused of stealing one spoon... which delayed the check-out procedure significantly.

United KingdomQuite a few things went wrong during our stay: - the room had not been cleaned to an excellent standard, which is the bare minimum you can expect when you pay $130 USD/night for a double room There were hairs and dust all over the room. When I reported it to the site manager, they were not particularly apologetic. For the price we paid, I would have expected them to react quickly and delegate a cleaning team immediately. I told them we were headed to Chichen Itza for the day and that the room could therefore be cleaned, and towels, changed. They didn't do it. - there is no room service for trips shorter than 5 nights. It's a lot. It means no change of towels, no extra toilet paper, etc... - the common areas were not swept clean the entire time we were there. It does not require much to sweep the dead leaves away from the lobby. - the hotel has only recently started, so it is not fully finished yet (the common kitchen area, for instance, is not available for use). Not a big deal for us but worth noting. - I asked for a few items of clothing to be washed; I was told it would take 24 hours. When I asked the next morning, I was told it had not been done. Generally speaking, there is a real lack of communication, and it tarnishes the beauty of the place. Shame.
The place is beautiful and decorated with style, very particular of the region. The pool is gorgeous, and the room is spacious. Ours had a well equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed. AC, ceiling fan, and Smart TV make for a comfortable stay. The hotel is in a quiet street so you will get a good night's sleep.
