The location is sketchy and secluded, which makes it scary for a solo traveller to travel in the night, no security.

The septic system could get a little stinky in the bathroom, but that’s an issue with the lack of infrastructure in Tulum and not on Na House. We rented their bikes which was great, but it was a little expensive and would have appreciated a lower rate. Lastly, the road is rough.

Absolutely beautiful property and great accommodations. The house was perfect; it has just enough to be comfortable and it’s pared down, aesthetically and utensil-wise, which I personally prefer over a gimmicky place. Garden is stunning and pool is beautiful. Staff is excellent, though they only speak spanish, so if you don’t, I recommend downloading google translate app or better yet, learning a few basics of spanish. They are very attentive and kind.

The villa is very beautiful cured in every detail! Kitchen is very well equipped. The pool is amazing it reproduces a cenote. Very good price for what it is offered! Staff was very nice !!!

It's a bit far away from restaurants and shops. The closest is about 10-12 minutes walk. Would recommend getting bikes or rental car/scooter to get around. Some streets and pathways aren't complete so had to carry a flashlight to see at night.

What a beautiful oasis. It was calm, quiet and peaceful. The lodge manager, Pia and caretaker, Pascal, took great care of us from arrival to departure. Their hospitality alone made it difficult to leave. It was great that the lodge only had 4 houses, meaning it was quiet and serene. Our lodge was clean with a simple natural aesthetic. The lofted bedroom provided much comfort. The natural pool was the star of the experience! It was perfect for a quick dip or just to float in. I highly recommend Nahouse Jungle Lodge for a calm, private and romantic escape.

to consider (my bad that I didn’t do the proper research) this is not a jungle stay, it is in the middle of a brand new neighborhood with lots of construction around, and also, the water in the shower is salty water

The accessibility from Tulum was not that good - Taxis couldn’t find it and the roads were really bad for bicycles. however once you were there you didn’t want to leave anyway.

The cozy lodges, amazing outdoor area and really Nice and helpful staff made this stay wonderful.

With the lodge being so deep into the jungle, there were way more bugs than we were expecting. Mosquitos prevented us from enjoying the cenote, and cracks in the walls of the lodge allowed spiders and cockroaches in. Thankfully, there was bug spray available, but perhaps some of the building can be reinforced to keep out some of those giant bugs. We understood that we were in the jungle, but didn't realize quite how much so!

The grounds were immaculate, the lodge was so cute and spacious! It was very clean as well and came with potable water. The hosts were super friendly and very responsive. The location, while a bit of a drive on a terrible road, is quite close to Calle 7 which has a ton of cute restaurants. We had a great stay overall!

The air conditioners in both lodges were not working in 96 degree heat in Mexico. The owner didn’t even try to provide other accommodations. She was rude and condescending and even cursed at us. She stated that it was unfair that we didn’t want to stay in heat because she was unable to rebook. Such a disgrace. No service and bumpy roads. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe and got out of there as quick as I could.
