They seemed to be a little off their communication between the staff. I was later asked to pay again although I had paid upon arrival.

The rooms facing the main road are quite loud with traffic. There is a lot of light that comes thru the curtains off of the road. The beds only had a sheet, no real blanket and there is no furniture in which to put your belongings.

The manager was amazing and he made our stay very positive. Also, the made to order breakfast was a treat. The shower is large and had good water pressure.

The hotel is on a busy road so noisy during the day however your mainly at the beach so its fine, and the road is relatively quiet at night so sleeping is no problem.

The hotel has a cafe attached for breakfast and easy access during the day and night to filtered water which is excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. Nice hot showers and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is 7 minutes out of the main town which means it quiet in the evening if you are looking for a less busy place to stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The photos for my booking showed a sitting area that was on the first level. What I received and what was presented in the photo were quite opposite. I'm not unhappy for what I paid for the room, but I feel I didn't get the value I was looking for.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was away from the center of town so therefore it was quiet. The included breakfast was quite good with many selections.

The water pressure was really low There were a stove and sink but not pots or anything to use the kitchen. Was kinda pointless to have the kitchen there

The room was not very clean and had to go ask for cups, cutlery, cookware and toilet paper.

I had booked a room for the inner courtyard and they denied me that and put me into a room facing the street which incurred a ton of noise from traffic, hence wanting the inner courtyard. The details of the room were specifically outlined in the booking. They stated I could move to that room for extra costs when I already paid for that specific accommodation. Once in the room they gave me the fan did not work and there was no remote for the air conditioning which was necessary due to having to keep the windows shut for dust from the road and traffic noise. Once again why I booked an inner courtyard room. 2 days later I finally received the remote for the air conditioning in the room. The shower head was broken making for uncomfortable bathing conditions. This my final night stay there has been no water in the room so no showering or toilet flushing is able to occur. As one can see the stay was absolutely frustrating to say the least.

Old out dated rooms and Hotels, need updating and improvements. Our room an an issue with black live parasites coming out of the tap, toilet and shower in the water. This made us get a stomach virus and miss a few days sick in our room.

constant barking from owners dogs on the property, dogs left their excrement in multiple places where customers would be walking, freezer did not work and the bed was uncomfortably hard

The location of this property is on what seems to be the main highway. it required a 8-10 minute walk to the main centre square. A pleasant walk but uphill for the return.

All of the staff were very kind and helpful. The room was beautiful, very clean, well prepared with lots of towels, soaps and shampoos. Breakfast was delicious. AC and wifi worked fine. The bed was very comfortable.

Nothing really to complain about. Staying here made our trip to Sayulita very enjoyable.

Staff was amazing, they helped get transportation for our stay and arranged for transportation to the airport. Nice, quiet room. Breakfast daily was delicious with a nice variety of choices.
