Disappointed with the [free] breakfast. It was delicious and varied but it was TINY - barely enough for a little bird, let alone for a fully grown man. A few small pieces of fresh fruit, dry bread, a TINY serving of delicious overnight soaked oats or chia seeds topped with toasted oats / dried fruits, a egg based main breakast meal. But more worryingly was their inconsistent serving of bread. First day I was not given it - but saw EVERYONE else had been given the basket of bread. Second day saw the same thing happening - EVERYONE has been given bread on their table but me! Then I noticed it has been added to my bill also (free of course, but we have to sign the bill every morning to confirm). Noticed they had done the same thing the first day. Why just me? So on that second day I pulled them up on it, and they brought me a basket of bread even though I had finished my breakfast. Third day - NOONE had been given bread, so again I asked the head girl and she said - yes you should have been given bread! So they brough me a basket - and now I was the ONLY one with bread. Felt a bit weird about this basic level of consistent service. There were a few other things I didn't like but I have given them that direct feedback and they should fix - no need to put it here. Not related to the hotel, but wanted to put this somewhere - HATE the Taxi Mafia of Tulum. They charge 500+pesos for a SHORT journey from Centro. Then there is a the scooter/ATV rental Mafia. It is a total rip-off. I hate this sort of thing by taxi mafia. So I asked a lot about the Collectivo service and found them really useful. They run from Parque Rotario in Tulum Centro (about 5-10 minute walk from the ADO bus terminal) and only charge 25-40 pesos to drop you off along the way - they run all the way along the beach till the very last hotel. And then they turn around and come back the same way back into Centro.

WOW! What a hotel and I was lucky enough to get a free upgrade! The room was STUNNING! The Hotel was stunning. Staff were friendly. Free deck chairs, hammocks, beach towels, mini swimming 'pool', private jacuzzi, free yoga and breathing classes in the day. Fast free wifi all throughout the property with VERY strong and stable connection. (Neutral) I went in Aug/Sept - VERY LOW SEASON. Tulum was totally dead and quiet. If you want to be in the middle of it all then I would suggest coming in the peak period (of course it will be More expensive!) And maybe you would want to stay further south where are all the Fancy restaurants and clubs are. This hotel is in the VERY start of the Tulum Beach area and so is relatively isolated from the cool part of town - which is not a bad thing. I personally like to stay in the thick of it.

Our room, the ceiling was broken so when it rained it also rained inside the room. There was also a lizard nest and their feces were all over the room. What I didn’t like either was the prices in the bar, 7$ a beer…

The room was quite dark, the lighting could have been better. Minor issue!

We had an amazing 3 nights, staying in a fabulous room on the beach with it's own mini pool. The room had an enormous window overlooking the beach, perfect for watching the sunrise! The hotel grounds were beautifully landscaped, with lots of areas to relax and enjoy a drink. The beach was incredible and there were plenty of areas to relax on the beds and enjoy shade when needed. The main pool was lovely for a dip and overlooking the beach. Our deal included breakfast which was delicious. We also enjoyed a lunch in the restaurant, on the beach. The evening options were limited, but it made us venture further. The hotel also offered activities such as yoga and Pilates, free to guests, which we enjoyed. A perfect start to our holiday in Yucatan!

When we arrived we were blown away by the entrance and the rooms. However, over the next feed days we noticed how understaffed and shabby it was. We were told one day there were only two beach towels left and frankly they were rather scruffy anyway. This was not for not for want of trying on their part the staff tried hard - especially the front desk. Some of the customers were very rude and they dealt with it patiently. The restaurant was chaotic. Oddly, on the last few days, we noticed more staff present and pathways being racked and the beach beds being checked. We thought maybe a manger was on site then. Although, they still missed a broken cocktail glass on one bean bag and cigarette butts by the beach chairs. Frankly, this is the fault of awful guests but still not nice to see on a beautiful beach. Watch out- the SPA charges 5% for massages on a credit card.

We loved the fabulous location where you could step onto the beautiful beach. The pool and its view were excellent. The huts were very well designed with showers having a separate door and made of concrete and traditional Mayan roofs. The cleaners tirelessly cleaned up each day as tiny bits of hut’s roof fell down. There were lots of classes such as yoga and Pilates. The car park was well located and Coco on the front desk cleverly asked us to move our car as it was under a coconut tree. The coconuts were removed from the tree that day.

    Low Maintenance No Breakfast options

**Breakfast**: The breakfast portions were small, with no options to choose from, but the food was tasty. **Beach**: The beach is beautiful, although there is a seaweed issue. Fortunately, the staff cleans it up every morning, which is appreciated. This isn’t the hotel’s fault, and they do a great job managing it. **Room**: We were upgraded to a presidential suite, which was beautiful and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed. Unfortunately, during our stay, there were storms, and our room started leaking in multiple places, including onto our personal belongings. The hotel sent someone to clean up after the rain, which was nice, but all our clothes were wet. I spoke to someone at the front desk, "Addy," who wasn’t very helpful or service-minded. She simply stated that the hotel couldn’t do anything because of the weather, which I understand, but better maintenance could have likely prevented the issue. This seems to be a recurring problem based on other reviews. On the bright side, the hotel manager was very nice and tried to make up for the inconvenience by offering us complimentary drinks. **Overall**: We had a good experience except for the leaking in our room. The food is expensive, but that’s typical for the hotel zone. The staff, in general, was great, especially Fernando, who was very sweet and helpful—We booked three rooms, and our friend's room had a broken sink and was missing a TV. My main point is that if the hotel kept up with maintenance, it would be a truly wonderful place.

Service could be better. Check-in was mediocre... only one key card was allowed and no explanation given as to the layout and the facilities available. I reserved a Pilates class but alas no trainer showed up. I ended up doing it by myself. As in all hotels in that area, the food was overpriced.

The lighting in the room is quite low, if you’re a girl trying to do makeup you better bring your own light cause it’s a very dark room. Prices are quite high on the restaurant and mini bar but that’s probably true for most of the beachfront hotels in Tulum.

It’s an amazing property. Beautiful, incredible facilities and astonishing view of the beach.

It is located at the very top of the beach area, it was around 35-40 mins walk to the popular beach clubs. As a suggestion the hotel could offer complimentary bikes to hire as a solution rather than paying high taxi fees. We also had an animal in the roof of our hut that was making noises of a night time which were loud and a bit creepy

The resort was fantastic and fitted the boho tulum vibe.
