Very clean, staff is very friendly and will always try to help you with any issues you might have. It is about a 20 minute walk to most of the main attractions, definitely not in a touristy area.

Room was quiet clean and comfortable. 2nd floor. Hotel was modern and attractive. Staff was very nice. Bed was comfortable but pillows were very firm. I like that this hotel and several others provide a refill for water bottles. they also have a coffee machine in the lobby.

I missed not having a shower hose & head instead of the wall mounted shower head or not having a small fridge. Nothing we can’t live with, so no true complaint.

Felt very new, well maintained. Room was big enough and bathroom was massive.

TV took awhile to figure out instructions would help. Zocalo walking distance from hotel.

Decor, staff very professional and courteous. Breakfast was great addition, loved water pressure in shower and all the different lighting in room. Hotel food was great I ordered a burger it was fantastic cut of meat was skirt steak.

Very centrally located easy walking distance to Bellas Artes and Zocalo as well as the San Juan Mercado. The breakfast was outstanding with deliciously prepared Mexican meat dishes, fresh fruit and juices in addition to the usual fare.

The only con I might consider is the internet connection. Although the wireless signal is strong, the speed is not good.

Rooms are spacious and comfy. Illumination is great. The room had different types of lights in the ceiling and even under the bed. The entire premises look clean and brand new.

There was no fridge

Location - the location was central only a short walk and close to the city centre. Room - the room was exceptionally clean, housekeeping everyday, complimentary water, tea and coffee. The air con unit was perfect on a hot day. There is a tv. There are also Bluetooth speakers in the room you can connect your phone to. There is an iron in the room. The shower is a waterfall shower and you have complimentary, body wash/shampoo. Hotel - there were complimentary water stations on every level of the hotel. Complimentary coffee machine on the lobby level. There was also a vending machine for snacks. The Wi-Fi worked well. There is also complementary parking on the hotel grounds if you have a car. Facilities - there is a gym, it is small with very little equipment but had cardio and weightlifting equipment. There is a bar on the lobby level, we did not use it but it looked very inviting and clean. Breakfast - the breakfast was complimentary and served until 11am, it was a nice selection of bread, pastries, fruit, coffee, tea, juice, honey, jam, dulce de leche, cereal, eggs and various other cooked dishes which varied every day. They also had a few gluten free options and alternative milk. You are also able to order other breakfast dishes from the menu for a supplement. Staff - the staff were always friendly, they were always smiling and willing to help. English was spoken quite well too. Victoria went above and beyond for us helping us translate an excursion we wanted to do.

Very nicely done, with clean, modern rooms. Very comfortable beds and well laid out bathroom. Enjoyed the breakfast and coffee in the lobby.

Very friendly and helpful staff. One of our group left her handbag in the taxi on arrival and the staff helped to retrieve it, even going out along the road to collect the bag from the taxi driver. Location is very central and an easy and safe walk to Calle Alameda main road with park, Palacio de Bellas Artes and Torre Latino. Breakfast had a good selection of food which staff replenished regularly. Bedroom and bathroom large for a city centre hotel.

The hotel is in a neighborhood that is not that clean. Although, it worth the stay.
