In all my travels this has been one of my favorite stays. My daughter and I stayed a week. Stepping through the gate is like stepping into an oasis. Lush plants, little waterfalls, a parrot named Mr. FaFa, a turtle named Donatello, bright beautiful colors, a shaded sun deck with hammocks, wood chimes, and Sr. Guillermo, the manager is incredibly helpful and kind. The restaurant is small, family run, and delicious. We had breakfast there every morning. They roast their own coffee and it's amazing. I filled my suitcase with bags of coffee to give out as gifts. The hotel is centrally located and just minutes walking distance from the main street. I cannot recommend this place anymore that I am.

The hotel is super close to ADO bus station, very convenient to go to the airport. Hotel room is spacious (but noisy on the street side) The attached breakfast restaurant is very nice

Beds were soft for our liking but otherwise comfortable. Internet available but a bit slow.

Staff were brilliant, very helpful both before and during our stay. You can tell the pride and effort especially in the amazing garden entrance. The location is great for the town and the attached cafe was lovely - recommend visiting for breakfast

The bedsheets were a bit old and stained.

Beautiful spot. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the rooftop terrasse. There is a nice café onsite as well. The room was comfortable.

I may have misread how close this place was to the ruins, but it was farther away than we thought. However, we rented bikes and kept them at the hotel overnight so we could leave early and bike there the next morning.

Loved the personal welcome. Enjoyed the rooftop patio area. The attached cafe was wonderful.

Small musty smell I believe could be eliminated with fresh paint in room. TV did not work but then again wasn't there to watch TV but it would've been nice for late evening, for the price of the room.

Hotel manager was an extremely nice gentleman lots of fun to talk to. The on-site restaurant very good food and coffee the young man who ran it was extremely friendly. Met The owners and they offered us A better rate in the future. Looking forward to hopefully seeing them on next visit.

The WiFi wasn’t always the best, and the street noise can be a bit much, but I got used to it. I ended up adding two more nights to my stay because I loved the vibe so much.

The location was phenomenal; two blocks from the bus station and close to everything. I stayed in the penthouse, and it was spacious with a balcony and a gorgeous bathroom with talavera tiles. The onsite restaurant was clean, efficient and had healthy options. Guillermo was an amazing and easy going host. The hotel is covered in art and is a little oasis with lots of plants, water features and friendly cats.
