Beds could have been more robust. Very rickety and noisy when you turn over. Coffee machine provided without coffee. Coffee and teabags would have been a nice touch.

Loved it all!

We visited during a heat wave and the pool was a welcome relief from the heat. It was cool, clean and refreshing. The AC in our room was perfect too!

Soap brand is probably something that could be changed into something else. Could use a desk and a chair in the room, there is enough space for them.

Nice place a few blocks walking to the Tulum main street. Nice working AC for the hot nights and good internet (52MB/s down, 75MB/s up, ~80ms latency). Good equipment to make coffee and cook if needed.

Only one thing: since the bathroom doesnt have any windows the ventilation is achived by not having a door.

Central location but still quiet, excellent value for the money. Very clean and spacious. The owner and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed our stay a lot! I can absolutely recommed the place.

We loved it so much we extended our stay! This place is a haven in Tulum. It is so close to the ADO station and the amazing main strip, yet completely quiet. It’s also perfect for staying cool on the super hot days - lots of shade by the pool and great aircon. Gary and the team are so helpful and friendly- there for anything you need! Also such good value for money. Our stay was part of our honeymoon, and we weren’t disappointed.

The pool was a bit disappointing, but since Tulum has so many nice beaches you won't probably use it anyway. The location could be better, it is a bit far away (it is good if you're renting a car because there's a lot of parking space). We got around using colectivos and bikes.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and provided us with helpful suggestions for dining options in the area and transportation. The room was quite spacious, with a nice kitchen and the bathroom had a nice shower. We recommend.

There is no door separating the toilet from the rest of the room, and a better curtain should be put up to cover the large entrance window well.

Friendly and responsive host. Modern, clean, well equipped appartment. Good Wifi conection. Good air conditioning. Comfortable bed. Drinking water available. ADO station, colectivo busses, Tulum pueblo attractions, shops and restaurants within the walking distance.

Very pleasant and beautifully decorated apartment in lush surroundings. The apartment had everything needed ( I am looking at you blender!), was clean and the comfortable kingsize bed added the feeling of luxurious experience. The staff was friendly, very helpful and generous and we even got a free upgrade to the top floor. Truly enjoyed our stay and this was our second time staying at Gary's and Liz's place.

I’ll stay here again definitely

I have been here before and loved it but booked somewhere cheaper this time. I immediately canceled the other location and booked this (lucky they had space). It’s clean, safe, and at quieter end of tulum. It’s beside ADO, bike rentals, gym tulum and there is a good /cheap fruiteria down the street on other side ado. Great kitchen and super clean fridge. Free water refill. Hot water shower and toiletries.

We absolutely loved everything about this place. Location was very close to downtown tulum everything was walking distance but off the Main Street enough to be among the locals which is a plus for me. The staff was super helpful and friendly along with the owners who were quite helpful and great with communication! Highly recommend and I know I will stay again when in tulum
