Some of the staff members were a bit rude - NOT in the restaurant. Also, we lost our bands and we had to pay a lot of money to get new ones.

The rooms were extremely old and worn out. Very disappointing. Even the towels in the room were thread bare. The food in the buffet was not good at all. We tried the breakfast, lunch and dinner. Terrible selections and everything tasted very bland. Very disappointing.

All the staff were great, from the cleaning staff, restaurant workers, front desk ladies. The adult pool was good…the ala carte restaurant was good. The presentation of food was nicely done and the taste was very good. The location of the property was perfect with easy beach walks.

There was no variety in food cuisine. Need more options for vegetarians. Exit to beach was always crowded. Too many local sellers. It can be more quiet and peaceful.

When I first got to the hotel they put me in a room with no balcony . I had to fight to get reassigned to a room with balcony as they said I only had a standard room. I pointed out that my papers said King size bed with balcony,

It is popular for high school student graduation parties. For two nights, a large group of students were on the beach in front of our room playing music and celebrating until dawn.

The ocean view and pool were both amazing.

Four umbrellas on beach each day and all chairs taken up by large families. Staff visibly put out as we Had to cajole them to bring us a beach chair and umbrella everyday. Screaming kids by morning and screaming drunk youth by the afternoons. Huge drunken fight broke out on the beach in middle of afternoon by overserved youth as the bartenders cheered them on. Poolside massages ruined by loud drunk yelling nonstop despite staff trying to quiet them. “Concierge” (11-2PM when it wasn’t her day off on a FRI) was curt and dismissive when we tried to book a special dinner. We just went out to eat for dinner and had a great time. Used the resort as a base.

Cant go too far wrong in PV. The weather and beach always great. Las Palmas has decent healthy food.

I didn't like the long, again Long line up at the omelette station, which was also doing pancakes, and only had one person working at it. I stood in line for 30 minutes waiting for pancakes. The dinners were very boring. They consisted of a lot of what appear to be left overs from the night before made up to look different. A lot of pork.

I liked breakfast, There was a good variety of breakfast foods. The soups were very good, as was the taco bar, and the deserts were better than the last time I stayed at this resort.

The receptionist was really rude at the check in. I don’t know if he was tired or something but he didn’t explain anything about how the resort works to first time guests. It looked like he was making me a favor for checking us in. When I complained about his attitude to his co-workers they said: “he is our manager, he is like that” Poor answer!

This hotel was not only dirty but the fact that 2 adults and a 6 year old a 9 year old and a 14 year old was going to apparently fit on a 2 DOUBLE bed. I asked for a balcony before I booked and said yes there will be one available for us. I get there and NO BALCONY just a view of a dirty windows If I had known that I wouldn’t have booked it. I canceled my stay the day of and then they said they have now have a balcony available for us I refused because why couldn’t I get that when it was requested in the first place but after canceling the day of at the location they said I would have to pay a cancellation fee which I was ok with. 3 months later I still have not received no refund and lost 2 thousand dollars to this hotel. Never again!!!

It needs to be updated. The restaurants were not always open. It would of been convenient to have a small fridge in your room also you could not bring food back to your room.

The rooms and washroom are very very outdated. The washroom in the lobby and near the reception area is not good they look pretty old. They highly need to upgrade. The majority of the staff is Spanish speaking they should hire some people who know English. The buffet is very repetitive. If you are vegetarian/vegan you will not find more options.

The location is good they have two pools and one jacuzzi that was awesome. The staff was very helpful and they try to provide you everything you request though they don't understand English but still manage.

buffet food was always cold and not a huge variety. Should of been explained to us that there was a snack bar, restaurant. And that the restaurant you had to reserve a spot. Stand in a line up for 30 minutes. Nothing was explained to us.
