Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Staff was great. Rooms were colorful. Showers were hot. Breakfast was great! Close to Ferry. Easy public transportation. Changed our room to bottom floor to accommodate bikes. Secure storage for motorcycles or cars! Good for overnight stays! Better than hostel!

The hotel is centrally located and on a bus line that takes you to the beach, ferry, and into the city. The beach is a 45 minute walk. Most attractions are a one hour walk away. The staff are friendly!

Stayed at this place for several weeks when I got to the airport I was warned not to stay at this place by the airport staff they said prostitute drugs and more issues happened they were bugs from ants mosquito the toilet didn't work flooding they also told me I couldn't flush because they didn't flush toilet paper because their toilet couldn't handle it only one staff spoke English one person tried to gain access to my room then said it was a mistake another person tried to buy drugs from I told this to the staff and instead of fixing the issue they said I was being unreasonable problematic and I needed to check out and leave I definitely should've listened to the airport staff because they even offered to find me another place to stay but i had booked ahead of times I'm also in the process of contacting my defamation because of the insults and defamation insults

United StatesIt's not a location criticism, I was happy with where it was. just know it's in an industrial area about a 25-minute walk from the Centro historico.
Victor and his family were amazing. Clean rooms comfortable beds, excellent internet, and a fair price. They helped me get laundry done, and we're there to answer any questions I had about Mazatlan. Inexpensive breakfast if you want it. Just a gem of a place

It was cheap. I had all I required in the room including own bathroom, TV, internet, Towel, Soap etc.
