We weren’t aware that we would have to message the host when arriving at the large gated community in order to gain access to the hostel, we had no data and were locked outside in the rain for 1/2 hour before we managed to contact the host. Would recommend mentioning this in the check in information to ensure guests are aware they must have wifi to enter the property. Otherwise great.

The property has the feeling like being at home. There is a living and dining room where you can meet new people and chat. And also a huge kitchen where you can prepare your own meals or keep your staff in the fridge. I stayed on the penthouse with a huge terrace for my own use only. There were sunbeds and chairs to enjoy the sun & stars… Isaac & Vincent were really hospitable. They organize movie and tacos night while my 3 nights stay there. Isaac took us to the best taco place. Thanks a lot 🙏

felt safe and taken care of, there was hot water and isaac was amazing!!!! i was there under hurricane beryl and didnt make it to the gomart in time, he gave me eggs and rice to eat — so nice! and gave so much advice and was such a nice conversationalist! love him! and the room was clean and i felt so safe under the hurricane, windows had special protection thingies! and all in all 11/10

I liked how the staff were very helpful in setting up tours, car rides, etc. as well as recommendations on things to do. The place was also kept very clean. HUMANT Coliving had an appropriate amount of rooms for the their space allowing for a nice quiet stay where I met many nice folks on travel

Had a lovely time staying here after landing in Cancun and came back before we left back home. Isaac is a very friendly and nice guy, and helped us with good tips for anything we asked! Room was very clean and comfortable, fridge to store some groceries and enough space inside or outside to sit down.

If being picky they definitely could improve the quality of the bed set; for example the pillows, sheets and covers are cheap quality for such a nice place. It’s an easy and very cheap upgrade to take rooms to next level.

Basically a beautiful house in a gated community. Perfect for my purposes as I couldn’t go out due to surgery. Feels like a home away from home. Great price. Accommodating host who was happy to make amendments for me so I didn’t have to move rooms. Internet is rapid so you will never have any issues. Easy to get around. Safe and quiet.

The room was spacious and clean. The location was conveniently located about 10-15 minutes from the beach and 5-10 minutes from downtown. Felt very safe, and the hosts were very helpful! They were able to recommend areas to visit and some to avoid overall it was great stay!

Lovely host that gave me all the information I asked for and more, he's very friendly and offers great recommendations for your stay. The room was wonderful, equipped with everything needed and decorated in taste. Also, a rare find for Cancun - a mobile shower :D. I also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and fruit in the morning.

Humant is located in calm part of Cancun in gated area. The owner Jose was very helpful. Room was nice and spacious.

The bed frame is not stable. Everytime when I turned around, there was a noise.

The host is very nice and provide us details about how to get there. People there are very friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything.

Everything was good - maybe just the bed, in the room we stayed in, could be bigger.

Humant Coliving is located in a nice neighborhood in a gated community, so you really feel safe there. The studio has amazing and big terrace you can chill on and it's only accessible to you! Isaac is a great, kind and helpful host. There are shops a few minutes walk away (7-Eleven and Walmart). We were there for only 1 night before flying home, so it's hard to really give a more exact review.
