I did get sick one night from the supper. The resort is a little older and could use a bit of an upgrade.

Great location, easy to bus into town.. great staff.. Quiet hotel, everything closes by 10:00pm or so.. not a party place which is nice.. Good fishing in front of beach.

Wifi. People.not smoking so much. Their smoke went right into our rooms all day and night. It was dreadful. Other than that we really liked it. Ty!

Great maids. The little angry guy at the bar, Juan or Jose needs to leave. The bald guy that leads the aerobics is amazing. So was Carlos on the beach and Andy at the front. All the front guys were fantastic. But seriously, get rid of the little angry guy in the bar.

Tile floors. Gotta have a rug or Matt. The grit underfoot is not nice and just need a little wipe off rug. I mean carpet would be spectacular but how about a fn rug.

Not enough umbrellas for everyone. They only had 8 umbrellas around the pool and many more lounges. People come early in the morning to save what few there are and then leave their towels there all day. More loungers with more umbrellas would be a huge plus, especially for the people that can’t get down the stairs to the beach or don’t care to sit by the beach. Also, the sewer smell was sometimes unbearable..to the point of making a person nauseous. That would be great if fixed. The rooms need some serious upgrading. Although they were clean for the most part things were falling apart and in dire need of repair.

The staff was awesome! Also location was nice and quiet for the most part.

Pool was much smaller than it appeared in the photo which meant competition for poolside lounge chairs. I got persuaded to attend a "no pressure" vacation club presentation. Ha, that doesn't exist. The presentation deeply impacted the rest of my stay. Hotel was on main road with high traffic; one night, not even the crashing sea waves could drown out the traffic noise. It was a Monday night, maybe Tuesdays many are off in PV? Restaurant food was good enough, but overpriced.

My oceanfront RENOVATED studio was nice, clean and large; shallow balcony right on the water. All appliances in good working condition, comfortable bed. Staff was friendly. Great refried beans at the restaurant.I like that it is Mexican owned and many Nationals also vacation there. They carry Heiniken 0.0. Bus stop directly across from hotel for a quick (about 12 minutes,) cheap ride into town and the Malecon.

There was some traffic noise from the road but if I kept the bathroom window closed and the door to the bathroom closed you really didn't notice it. And I could open the balcony for the sound of waves! The restaurant was pricey and the food was mediocre

The beds were comfy and the view was wonderful from the balcony! We also enjoyed being on the little beach.

Hair dryer unit was missing from wall. Hair dryer worked but had to lie on counter. The top of the dresser was marred quite a bit. The light fixture on one side of bed did not work. Reported the issue but it was never fixed. I think the room needed some attention.

The room was cleaned daily. It was quiet and peaceful. Bed was comfortable. Loved our view!

Slightly dated. Gym advertised but it’s a little limited. AC doesn’t work very well. Onsite restaurants were definitely not great, but serviceable. Tiny kitchen

Location and views are stunning. Further away from the busier areas so has a definite tranquility about it. Oceanside views in all rooms. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Gym on site with a great view. Would recommend overall if you want something with a little more character and quaint than staying at a more modern building, and don’t mind those trade offs.
