Not the most social hostel so pretty hard to socialise

The floor in my room could've been a bit cleaner. I have white socks and they were dirty after just a few steps on the floor. Also I wish there was shampoo. There is definetely some noise from the streets, but not more than expected as this place is very sentral.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. I was not feeling well after I got food poisoned and they were very helpful and understanding. The place was cleaner than I expected and a very uniqe vibe. I got my own room with bathroom and it was huge and had three (!) small french terraces.

Bring your ear buds if you're an early sleeper. Music and outside noise remains loud until midnight every day. Great to be amongst it all, just rough on jetlag if you're a recent arrival.

The team at Regina are wonderful- all are very kind and welcoming. Facilities were great - high pressure shower was great!

The hostel is very cool! Day of the dead theme with so much attention to detail! The staff are amazing, friendly and extremely helpful and kind. Amazing location, excellent value for money - book this place now!

The staff here are fantastic. They're really friendly and helpful. They let me check in early because I got lucky and there was nobody in the dorm. The breakfast is small but adequate (perfect for me!) Bathrooms were always clean. I really like that they have the big female bathroom but also private cubicles one level below - those are great, hotel quality and always clean. The dorm bed was comfortable. The room has a lock and then there are individual lockers. Each bed has individual light and stand to put things, and small fan. I wasn't hot in CDMX though, as I live in Puerto so nothing is hot by comparison! Didn't use kitchen but did use free water (appreciated!). Highly recommend this hostel!

Breakfast portions were very small and simple. But, nice bonus to have breakfast at all. Can be noisy based on surrounding areas. There were bugs in the kitchen. Guys, consider using Max Force Gel Bait. LOVED the staff, everyone. Pedro, Evan, everyone. REALLY SPECIAL place. The building alone is amazing. But, these folks really care about your stay, comfort and happiness. I'll come back for sure.

Like other people have wrote - it can be too noisy, as we arrived at friday evening and wanted to just go to sleep, it was a bit problematic with all the noise, even the top lamp moved from vibration.

Very pleasant staff and people around, there is a restaurant at the bottom of the hotel to not wander inside the city. The hostel looks nice and has a unique vibe to it.

We stayed on a Friday night and it was extremely noisy. Loud bass from rooftop bar kept us awake after long flight into early hours of the morning (and this is from a deep sleeper that has slept through fire alarms before!). That being said, the hostel do inform about the noise in advance of stay. If you're someone that just wants to sleep, this hostel definitely isn't for you, but if you're someone who spends their Friday and Saturday evenings out then this hostel would probably tick all the boxes. Toilets a bit unclean in the mornings (although fine at other times of day).

Really friendly staff, great location in Mexico City very close to sights of Centro Historico. Building is beautiful, kitchen well stocked and was great to have simple breakfast included with room rate also. We didn't get to do any of the group activities offered but looks like there were loads that the hostel offer which is always a lovely welcome to a city

I’m struggling to come up with anything.

The location is incredible, right in the heart of the historical Center. For the price the quality of the facilities and services was amazing. The shared bathrooms were the best I’ve ever seen in a hostel. We joined the free walking tour guided by an anthropologist and absolutely loved it. The breakfast was good and the cafe served good coffee.

Location at nightfall. I didn't feel safe going out at nightfall since the centro historico gets super empty. Lot of homeless, drunk, wierd people that ask for money... Shower heads need some maintenance...

Location in centro historico during the day is great. Close to many shops. Super friendly staff. Privacy of the bunk bed. The restaurant on the ground level. The rooftop is a nice place to chill.

Having to keep the gigantic French doors on two balconies open wide at night in order to cool the place for sleep. The first two weekend nights the music outside was deafening, well past midnight. But that was also Easter weekend. Definitely bring your earplugs.

I was delighted to find a place affordable, well located and extremely welcoming, with my dog! Thank you for everything! PS, for others with dogs, just know that there is no disclosure on Booking.com about extra nightly fees for the dog, but they do exist. It was pretty small.

They left the windows open which was nice some nights. However, I got bit up by mosquitos a couple nights and it was hard to sleep.

The shared kitchen would need some serious restocking and good cleaning every once in a while.

Great hostel with nice atmosphere, with free pizza and margarita nights, nice roof bar. The room was quite big, looked quite new, clean and comfortable even without the ac, as the nights were cold. Water available for refill. Nice restaurant downstairs with good pizza and burger.

That I didn’t stay for longer.

Everything! The staff is so nice and friendly and always ready to help. Also they are cleaning all the time, it is definitely cleaner than in other hostels. The place is perfect for socializing, there is a TV room (living room), a sofa on each floor, a rooftop bar, where you can also chill when it’s closed and of course the restaurant where you eat breakfast. On social “evenings” like pasta night you can easily get to know the other travelers and get some free food and a drink.

One thing to mention that room from the Regina street is noisy 5 pm - 1 am Thursday-Saturday.

Everything was great. I have no complaints.

Good location in the historic part of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. The atmosphere in the hostel was great. There is free dinner nights where you can meet other guests. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was nice and tasty.
