Ideally located in the central part of the city. Easy walking to many sites. The staff was very accomodating and super friendly. The staff helped me with every request and question I had, they were super knowledgeable about everything, and if not, they found out for me. A beautiful place and quiet at night. The food was great and the service was outstanding. We would absolutely come back!

Nothing it was all good.

Lovely room, in very central location. Good quality linen and toiletries. Cafe on site with snacks and drinks included in the rate was really useful with a good range of food - soups, sandwiches. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable, which was very much appreciated as this was our first visit to Mexico City.

The rooms a small but not an issue for a short stay.

This hotel provides great services. The staff is helpful and friendly looking for ways to give you a great experience. We booked tours, have breakfast every morning (great by the way) and help with last minute restaurant reservations. I love the employees welcoming and helpful attitude.

The hotel is right on the historic Centre and they had three amazing offers included in the booking of our room: breakfast (prepared on the spot), sandwiches and drinks 24/7 and a free walking tour to the city Centre which is the best way to get an excellent overview of the city and its history. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Our king size bedroom with terrace was on the first floor at the front of the building which was incredibly noisy due to the traffic directly outside. They were unable to change my room so supplied us with earplugs. However, putting on the aircon worked better as it drowned out the traffic noise!

Excellent location. Lovely friendly helpful staff. Comfortable bedroom. Free 24 hour cafe with sandwiches, wraps, salads and soups also drinks including beer!! Great breakfast. Comfortable public areas. Free water and fruit on every floor. Would recommend and definitely would stay again if travelling to Mexico City.

My family loved to stay at Historico Central Hotel. Their service was one of best I ever experienced. They serves fresh apple and free welcoming drinks every day. You may give a tip to the Hotel coffee shop for their free service. I liked their classical interior. The staff were so much kind and supportive with smile as much as they could. They served Mexican style breakfast with other dishes, fresh fruit, and drinks. I loved their dishes and fruit juice. My family also enjoyed their fresh coffee. The servants well treated guests with kindness and professionalism. You may enjoy breakfast with comfort when coming to the restaurant earlier. I respect their expertise and loyalty. The hotel is closely located to cultural and historical places in a waling distance. It has good and attractive restaurants near it. The room was so clean and the quality of their amenities is good.

The breakfast time and the options available were excellent. Of course the staff exceptional. The coffee shop excellent service. The food, coffee and drinks 💯. The coffee shop is open 24/7. My husband and I have already referred friends and family. We are looking forward to coming back soon.

Location is brilliant. Great advice from the Staff , helped to keep me safe . Very knowledgeable and well trained staff . Booked lots of places to visit , from hotel. Complimentary cafe/bar for guests was astounding. Breakfast was great. Well maintained rooms and a great atmosphere in the hotel. 100% recommend this hotel , always ask staff if you are not sure about something. English spoken widely.

My best friend and I really enjoyed staying at Historico Central Hotel during our first visit to Mexico City. We stayed in a double bedroom. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was perfect and the small cafe downstairs was very convenient. There was also free bottled water available on our floor. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We really liked that they had breakfast available down stairs. Gonzalo, one of the staff members was very kind and helpful with recommendations with things to do in the city. When we checked in, the front desk agent told us about a free walking tour. I highly recommend the free walking tour (about 3-4 hours) because it was a great way to familiarize yourself with the city's history and points of interest! The location of the hotel was within walking distance of el zocalo, restaurants, and local shops. It was very easy to catch an uber and get around.

I have no complaints. Everything was great.

The hotel was beautiful, centrally located and smelled wonderful. The decor was very nice, they had many amenities and a lot of things were within walking distance making it easy to enjoy being a tourist.

We arrived very late and tired after a very long flight where luggage went missing - we were greeted by a very friendly lady on reception who told us the amenities of the hotel and checked us in quickly and without a problem. We woke up each morning to the very friendly waiters in the restaurant to a lovely breakfast served to us. The menu is lovely and fills a hole if you are hungry around lunch. All of it included in the price which I was unaware of! There was a small gym with great machines. Room and bathroom were very clean and staff couldn’t have been nicer. A great start to our México trip!

The room and bathroom are very clean, well laid out, but not inspiring in their plainness, also there is not much natural light and no view. All other aspects of the hotel are very good.

We stayed 6 nights at the Historico Central hotel - Our stay was very comfortable and although our Spanish was terrible, it did not matter as we were always made to feel welcome. The Historico Central is a nicely finished boutique hotel in a great location that made it easy to explore many nearby sites on foot and with easy uber access to anywhere else. The beds are very comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean and functional, but a bit uninspiring - the decor in the room is plain. In contrast, the lobby and main atrium space are very nice places to dwell, with comfortable seating and abundant natural light. the included breakfast was very good with locally inspired choices cooked to order and a good selection of extras. Service was amazing, the staff were super helpful in arranging any extras we wanted,; tickets, etc. There is a 24 hour coffee/beer/soup and sandwich bar at the entry with most items free for hotel guests - this was an amazing bonus and much appreciated! We also did the walking tour offered by the hotel and it was really great!
