Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The room was a good size, the beds were comfortable and the wi-fi worked. Some complimented water bottles was good. Controlling the room temperature. The help to bring our luggage to and from our room. The shuttle service to terminal 2!

Costa RicaIt is a pet-friendly hotel, and we paid extra for our pet; they don't have a single pet-relief station inside the hotel, and the only available option at the airport is literally taking your pet to do their business on the sidewalk while heavy traffic goes by. Not green space, nothing.
