Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesOur only complaint was the non-serenity level alcohol. It was very bottom shelf and seemed watered down.
This my wife and I'd first all inclusive resort stay. It exceeded our expectations! The property is beautiful, well maintained, the staff is so friendly, the food is great, and the pools were awesome. We stayed in a junior romance with swim out pool, it was amazing! The stone work makes it feel luxurious, the size is great for two people, the layout makes it feel big. We loved the large glass shower with the sliding door. There is a stocked fridge and plenty of smart features throughout: storage, lighting, and in ceiling Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom. My only complaint was the alcohol at non-serenity level was bottom shelf and tasted to be watered down. I guess that is somewhat expected at an all inclusive. The exception to this was limes bar, their signature drinks were good and appeared to use better alcohol.

AustriaPartly loud music coming from the pool area. Pool water always too warm. If you seek clear ocean water, this place is not for you (huge amounts of sea weed on the beach and in the water).
Modern and nice hotel. Employees were fantastic and fun. Restaurants were good, breakfast was always excellent. Activities (volley ball, water ball) were fun. Always enough space and sun beds at the beach.

United StatesThe rooms were very damp due to the humidity. My sheets always felt wet which I didn’t like. Also the floors stayed wet as well. Only time they didn’t is when when air was on 20 and it was freezing inside the room. The shower in the bathroom allowed water to escape which I really didn’t like either. Lastly the location was 40 mins from everything : downtown Cancun, where the clubs were . Etc. taxis were 90 USD round trip to basically everything. No top shelf liquor really .
The property was amazing. Very nice staff, helped any way they could.

Loved the 3 gorgeous pools. Loved the staff. Loved our room with a hot tub. Food was mostly wonderful. Surprisingly delicious buffet. And the lunch options were fantastic.

CanadaIn our experience there was nothing to dislike other than our room, it had this excessive smell of mold and humidity. It was super strong to the point we had to keep the balcony doors open ventilating during the day to be able to sleep. We identified that was not limited to the room we were in, but the area in general (hallway and other rooms - when doors were open by the cleaning staff we could smell the same odor). It affected my health by the end of our stay, so to avoid my mistake, ask to change rooms if you end up in the locality.
It was an enjoyable trip for us. The place is clean, it wasn't so busy when we went. Very relaxing environment. The beach area is nice. We may try the "Serenity" side of the property next time lol
