Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

MexicoIt used to be the place to stay in MTY, but it needs full renovation work and it is aging. It glorious time past. Also, improving the check-in process took us almost 45 min to get to our room in the afternoon!

United KingdomI found the majority of receptionists to be a little unemotional and indifferent, they were nice once effort was made toward them however. And i'm really surprised the hotel doesn't make more use of the pool floor, its a great set up with incredible views, I much preferred having morning coffees up there rather than the restaurant.
The room had a fantastic view of 'La M', If i woke up to find it was a nice day i'd go up to the pool and have a quiet coffee there while getting some fantastic shots of the mountains.

MexicoFeels like a sex hotel for wealthy locals. Pool is never in service. Hotel is not clean. The personal is rude and entitled. Food is bad. Service is terrible. Too expensive for what it offers. The view is great but I’ll recommend you to visit without staying as a guest. This hotel acts as if they were doing you a favor to stay there.

GermanyHorrible staff and customer service. Particularly the receptionist and room service lady. I also booked through booking.com because their website doesn’t function properly. When you make a reservation you never receive a confirmation email. They also never pick up the phone when you call.
building architecture is the reason why we booked the hotel. But the service and operation is not up to standard. Food is bad, shower doesn’t work properly. You get charged €10 for a bottle of water that you hardly drank from because you thought it was included in the breakfast buffet. The coffee machines in the hallway don’t work. The coffee at breakfast is undrinkable. The rooms that face the side of the mall are horrible.
