Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe rooms aren’t clean, they smell like sewer. We got a family suite and both rooms had very poor housekeeping practices. The AC units barely worked so it was hot! Also, there is always a loooong line for the restaurants and bars, the wait times are ridiculous.

United Statesit’s a decent hotel, nothing fancy, rooms are not that comfortable, they were fixing the entrance during the day and they don’t have a coach where people can at least sit and wait, you have to pay for the beds at the beach, everything it’s very pricey. the restaurants you can’t eat at all because you have to make reservations and they never available, the beach is on a bay zone which you have a lot of limitations to enjoy the ocean.

I love the pool that over look into the ocean and the hammock in the ocean. They had a great Michael Jackson show. The balloon lady was awesome too. And the coffe shops were nice.

United StatesYou can tell staff compete for your attention when you tip well, which can be uncomfortable. Also, when having conversations or doing activities like the spa area, staff talk about the guests in Spanish. They also try and get you to buy a membership when you're new. We got one and will see if we like it.
The beach was nice and not deep. All you can drink alcohol beverages on the beach till 6pm. Food was ok. The view was amazing in our room!

The facilities were very good, the staff was really friendly, the swimming pools were spacious and very clean and the food was amazing. The beachfront is also very beautiful.

CanadaIt took some time vet reservarions for dinner. Most of the time maki taco is completely booked. Reservations for dinner are from 8am to 6pm......and its not confirmed until they reply with a confirmation You have to get up like a regular working day just to be rhe first to book your dinner

Australia- Bookings didn't accomodate for larger groups which wasn't great. We had to split up every dinner which wasn't the best experience. Would've been nice to sit together instead of spliting to groups of 4 or 6. - Booking system on the app wouldn't confirm we had reservations until later in the day. It wasn't great having to get seperate rooms to book for a large group because some people didn't get reservations confirmed and others did. A one booking per party policy would be better. - Entertainment was cancelled on a couple of the nights which would've been nice, wasn't much notice in cancelling these - No fault of the staff, but there were areas they could've had more staff working (such as pool bars which acrued long queues) - Be careful with the booking systems of where you book. As we had people book online via booking vs. other platforms, this determined which hotel we would stay at (there's two combined - The Sense or the Grand Oasis), which meant we were to be split up
- Overall, had a positive experience staying at this hotel. I was in a group of 13 which included 2 children. - This hotel accomodated very well for children, lots of areas to play and the staff were good with kids playing games throughout the day, ice cream available on hand - The entertainment was great when it was on - Fire show, Latin Dancing - The gym was really good, very clean and had fruit there every day to eat - The reviews said that the food wasn't edible at the buffets however I think there was a really good selection available and cooked freshly (you just have to pick the right stuff!) - I'm also pretty fussy and have a high standard. I would say it was mostly quite good - Cafe all day options were great! Loved the frappuccinos - My room was pretty good and was cleaned reguarly - no complaints from me
