4 grown men in a room with 2 beds. All i need say

Drinks did not have enough alcohol as we wished. They tasted like juices. Restaurants had not good food. I tried the Sushi Taco restaurant and we did not like the food, and we love Sushi... Buffet restaurant did not have good food to choose of... Drinks at the Sport Bar were much better than other bars around the hotel. Italian restaurant wasn’t that good and you need a reservation to get in. Same as the Brazilian steak house... Wifi wasn’t free... 2 hours line to check in

The check in process was painfully slow. It took almost 2 hours to check in. Few agents are better than others. Some chat way too much with spanish speaking guests which is good as they connect but it doesn’t show a sense of urgency to take care off the whole check in process.

Too large , needs updating, for all inclusive drinks can’t get a drink on vacay until 11am and no bars open after 11 pm not our idea of all inclusive treatment! Took 2 hours at check in no offer of water or any amenity after traveling, only one ice maker on property for at least 5 large buildings and many persons !

Grounds are kept nice, and the peacocks were a nice treat to see everyday and it seemed to be a spot that turtles likes to come lay eggs at night

The food was not very good. The staffing seemed low and it seemed like some food stations were understaffed. The hotel seems old. Their bracelets and tier seem to cause confusion, you are never quite sure what restaurants, bars, or places you can enter unless you get the "pyramid" level. I was not aware they had different levels.

I liked the beach and some of the pools were ok.

For checking in or eating in a restaurant you have to wait in long lines. Wifi is not free and it doesn't make sense because for tourist wifi is a requirement. At night, the people becomes into zombies and they are partying at corridors of the hotels while you are sleeping.

The bed was so comfortable. The staff was helpful.

Most staff very rude, especially the waiters (males) We were mistreated many times. Pools were crowded

Nothing really. Horrible food, rude staff, especially the waiters. Big lines for food. Confusing restaurant hours. One Ice cream machine outside that produced 5-6 ice creams and then you had to wait 10 minutes for the machine to freeze and produce 5 more ice creams. The alcoholic drinks were watered down.

The property is old and dingy. The food was absolutely atrocious. Everything seemed to be mystery meat. I found half drank beers in my mini fridge upon arrival and after being out of my room from 9:30 am to 2:30 my room had yet to be cleaned. Also my sliding door to my balcony rattled and banged at all hours with the trade winds.

The location is central and the vast pools are all this property has going for it.

We didn’t like that we weren’t inform by booking there was different wrist bracelet which meant some places on the property were not included which we had to pay extra for and with this basic booking we got the worse room ever.Had to pay for an upgrade room. Food was terrible and very much questionable. Luckily, across the property there a great taco place where we ate most of our meals along with Mc Donald’s which taste better than the states

Food was mediocre, rooms had bugs & was leaking puddles of water in my room when it rained. Didn’t get the room I booked, spoke to several concierge and could not get the room I booked. Power went out the first night, hot & no accommodations made . Once they take your money good luck getting some help if you run across any issues or need assistance

Grand Oasis hotel should be more transparent with regards to different color wristbands. All Oasis hotel and Pyramid brand are all on same property. Very confusing for guests to try and get something to drink or snack on and get turned away, because we didn't have black or white wristband. I honestly would have paid extra not to get discriminated upon and embarrassed for simple Gelato, taco or meal. Because I didn't have certain wristband. Also, take care of your staff and personnel. As a manager myself, I've noticed that if you treat your employees with dignity and respect and take care of them. In turn, they'll take care of you and your business too. Staff and personnel shouldn't be sad, disappointed, hot and sweaty to be working in resorts where tourist provide billions of dollars annually. Take care of your employees.
