The swimming pool was very warm and small for the size of the hotel. There were a large group of people staying inside the swimming pool and keep drinking hours and hours. It wasn't a good sight and couldn't enjoy it with our children.

The view from our room was magnificent especially the sun rise!! The food was great and atmosphere was fantastic. We enjoyed the shows every night at the theatre too.

Some of the chairs were getting worn. Would have liked a little more shade by the beach and pool. Overall everything was fantastic.

There were a lot of food choices in the buffet style restaurant. Everything was tasty. There were also several other sit down restaurants that could be selected at night. All the staff were helpful and made sure we were well taken care of.

The resort was great, the staff amazing!!! very courteous, nice. The food at all the restaurants were great, tasty...from the buffet to the a la carte restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and will be going back.

The room was too small. There was a faucet leaking, energy outlets not working and air conditioning faulty.

Food is very good. Kids play and swimming areas outstanding. Pools were good, very nice gym.

There was no elevator to our room floor, so having to go through the stairs up and down during the stay was not comfortable. Fortunately it was just 1 floor level up.

The room was great, spacious and comfortable. The beds were perfect, one king size and one queen, very soft and comfortable. The food at the restaurants was acceptable, good variety. Drinks were also acceptable. The activities in the pool area were very fun, specially the pool volley.

This is getting really nitpicky because there wasn't really anything that we didn't like maybe the Cabana could have a little bit more sunshade on one side. Other than that it was great

The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was great, it was very clean. The food for an all-inclusive was really good! Kids absolutely loved the candy shop and my oldest really enjoyed the coffee shop. The shows were also very good!

For a Junior Suite, the room and bathroom were unexpectedly small and all the electrical outlets in the room gave trouble making it difficult to charge phones and other electronics.

Food and drink options and the staff and service were all great. I also liked the look and feel of the property and enjoyed the vibe at the resort.

We weren't happy about the extra charge for beach/pool beds,$100.00 a day when we paid big bucks for the swim up pool room to get a black wrist band, I felt it should be included in that price of $1800.00 for 4days. When we checked in they told us we didn't need a reservation at restaurants, but when we went to the Italian restaurant they told us we did need one.

It needs some fresh touch and renovation. But the rooms and spa, restaurants were great.

I loved the location, service, comfort and delicious food. It was a great time-spending worth each spent cent. Recommend. No one tries to oversell you smth like in the other hotels. We had a great time at this hotel. Also it is a kid-friendly place. They have a great spa as well.

I was a bit concerned from the recent reviews I read before our arrival, but I'm so glad about our decision to stay at Wyndham! we had The best time ever! Excellent hotel and simply exemplary service 👌! We enjoyed every minute there and kids loved it! It was a simply amazing! Minor improvement at the Italian restaurant, but in terms of overall score- highly recommended!

One of the very few things we did not like was the state of our sofa bed in our room when we arrived which was marked up and had an overall dirty appearance. We asked for help to resolve the matter during which the hotel staff helped us quickly to cover up the sofa with sheets and tried to make it more comfortable, but they unfortunately could not swap it out with a different one.

I recently spent a delightful week at this hotel with my two sisters and my daughter, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The staff truly made us feel at home. From the moment we arrived, their warm smiles and genuine hospitality set the tone for a memorable stay. 👏 **Exceptional Staff:** Every member of the team was friendly, respectful, and incredibly polite. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Special shout-outs to Efrain at Ventanas Buffet, Filiberto at the Viaggio, and Agustin at "La Casa de Rosa." These hard workers stood out for their exceptional service and positive attitude. ☕ **Coffee Shop Haven:** Honestly, we spent more time at the coffee shop than anywhere else! It was a cozy retreat where we could unwind, sip our favorite brew, and soak in the pleasant ambiance. 🌞 **Always Smiling:** The staff's perpetual smiles were contagious. Our stay was too short!!

We really enjoyed our stay. We travel with a toddler and the hotel was almost perfect for us! Food was good, room was well maintained and the kids waterpark was an excellent feature.
