We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe door in the swimming was clossing to fast and it cout my hand, and it was so hard it got purple and couldnt move my fingers for a week. I did talk to the hotel manager, they try to fix the door but there was an issue, so they put a sign on the door. You need to fix the door they all close to hard you can hear them all night even in the rooms they are so fast we can hear every door all night. We didnt had a good sleep becauze of it.

MexicoVery clean installations, everything is shining and looks brand new. The rooms are very comfortable, excellent service from the staff and there is a guest laundry service that you can pay to use, this is very handy especially when traveling with kids and there is a need for washing and drying clothes. The pool area is great and relaxing.

United StatesVery minimum in your bathroom accsesories like cotton balls. It also would’ve been nice to have a cocktail after returning for the day. A drink by the pool would’ve been nice but there’s no bar in the hotel. Old bathroom towels and bed linens. Thank you for your interest in my opinion.

When I asked if they can put it in our room the lady said that "yes if we had credit" what didn't resolve my doubt. Fortunately for us, the security man at the door was able to help us to get some water and soda paying cash.

United StatesThe only thing I don't like is that there is no Bellman. To take your luggage up. I travel with my mom and as a woman I have to struggle to take all the luggage up to our room.
Fairfield Inn is in a super great location. Many amazing restaurants and shopping Mall. The staff is very friendly and the room very comfortable.
