The room was extremely hot, it was very hard to sleep since it had just a little window that you could open. The hotel is near a main road so there is a lot of noise from the traffic. The location is a bit sketchy. Not sure if the hotel works also as a motel (by hours hotel) so it is a weird feeling

There was no fresh air in the room, but because of the architecture of the place there wasnt really a way to let it move. I had to keep the room door open, which wasnt a perfect solution.

The staff was really nice, the room clean and comfortable. I got a room in the back so it was rather peaceful. The bathroom was clean, there was hot water with good pressure.

The hotel is next to a busy highway so it can be noisy in the room.

Needed to stay close to the airport for one night and this place was charging the most reasonable rate. The room was fine for what we paid

A bit rough around the edges outside the train station and very close to a major highway. However pretty quite considering. We all slept well.

The room was clean, however we found some small cockroaches. I guess it might be quite common for Mexico City in general.

The hotel is very simple but comfortable and close to the airport, which is what was the most important for us since we had a very early morning flight. The metro is not far away but it does take about an hour to get to the center with the public transport. Great communication with the staff.

It is very noisy as beside a motorway. However location wise to airport and value for money one night is so fine

The staff were great. I arrived in at 1am and did not expect to be greeted by 24 reception staff, as travelling alone this put me at ease and check-in was very smooth

There is no air conditioner or fan, but Mexico City cools down at night. Can do without. A bit noisy outside. It is an old hotel. Although it is just 4 miles away from the airport, it can take almost 30 mins to get there during peak hours. Mexico City traffic is bad.

For what I paid for, this hotel is of great value, nice and warm shower, bottle of water, comfortable bed, toiletries, morning calls, and the room is clean. Close to airport. Safe neighborhood, plenty of transportation options, lot of minibus, and train nearby. Highly recommend for an overnight stay for airport transit.

Depending on what room you get.......the noise from traffic/street can keep you from good rest.

The staff is always nice and helpful. The room is clean and basic needs are met. Hot water always, soap, towels included. It's close to the airport and easy access to grocery stores, OXXO, and local food and other vendors. You can also catch a bus, metro, taxi, or Uber easily.

One of the windows was missing a couple of centimetres of class and was next to the big street so you could hear the traffic at all time

The reception was very kind and friendly. It was easy to order a taxi (around 10 Dollars to the airport). The size of the room and the bed were comfortable. You can hear the noisy traffic outside but with earplucks a absolutely no problem.

The bed sheets of one of the rooms were dirty with black spots and vaginal hairs. Nasty, I had to requested for another room.
