We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MexicoThe design of the hotel is unique, as it includes whimsical cartoon murals in black and white with many musical themes which we found quite amusing. The staff is first rate all around! The breakfast buffet was quite good, as well, and the overall architecture is impressive. The welcome cocktail was highly appreciated, as was the comfy bed and attractive room and bathroom. Highly recommended!

MexicoI needed a late check out (07/05/2024) which was kindly provided. Still, I fell asleep and woke up at 1350hrs (10 min before the late check ended) so I called the Reception Desk again and explained to (I don't remember her name) the young lady what happened and she told me the latest time is 1400hrs and there would be an extra charge if I passed that time. I told her that I understood they have regulations and apologized for asking this but would need an extra 15 minutes past the late check out to prepare my luggage and pack up my things, otherwise, I would need to go downstairs and pack all my clothes in their lobby to avoid the charge and that I would even leave the door open so the cleaning lady could do the room while I was packing (Since I know that no guest will be inside the room the minute I leave, I honestly thought she would give me this time). Then, the young lady, over the phone, after I explained my situation, with a tone and attitude as I bothered her with my request, she told me that she "would double check if that was possible" and told her not to bother... that I will pack in the lobby but I promised this was the last time I stayed in your hotel. Then a very kind lady called and apologized and told me they would address this correctly. I appreciated that but to be honest, after staying with you several times since 2021, I believe that no matter how good are your facilities your customer service failed like that. I worked in the past, several years in the hotel industry, and still shocked by the way I was treated. I have more stay options in SLP and I think that I would pick those for a while. I don't want this girl gets into trouble but I think it is very important you take care of this and provide proper retraining... probably she had a bad day but it is no my fault as customer... well, ex-customer.

United StatesOnly the front desk staff spoke English, as a hotel so close to the industrial area that receives lots of English speakers for business. They should accommodate for them by having servers in the restaurant that can speak English or give them some way to translate.
Most of the staff spoke English which was comforting and the ones that didn't tried their best to understand me through language translators. The restaurant was quite nice with great food, wish the beer selection was a bit better.
