Beds and pillows were too hard.

Location is excellent, close but not in the middle of the main tourist zone of the Centro Historico of Queretaro. The beds and pillows are hard, too hard in my first room, but they moved me the next day when I complained. The breakfast is poor, not really a breakfast, more like an appetizer of a breakfast, then you have to go out to a restaurant and get the main course of a breakfast.

I prefer eggs for breakfast. Ms. Edith, the receptionist, was not friendly and attentive when we first encountered I did not appreciate how she talked to my brother about smoking in the facility, which was his fault for not seeing the signs. He understood the first time, but later in the night, when we were entering the facility, she started to tell him again what we knew about smoking, which we knew was her job to remind us, but she was rude with her tone of voice to my brother. She blamed me for smoking, which I don't smoke.

Ms Beatriz, the housekeeper, was very courteous, friendly and full of information about the city, places to shop, see and so forth. All the staff was great except for one receptionist.

It’s beautiful and they make a real effort to have little touches around the property. We were offered a welcome mezcal upon check in, there was water and fruit in reception at all times.

The cleaning staff did a good job of keeping my room clean and comfortable. I was there for two weeks so that was important for me. The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Spotlessly clean. Quiet. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast served in our room: coffee, juice, fruit plate, toast, jam, yoghurt. Very pleasant stay.

Absolutely everything. Especially staff(thank you everyone) location and breakfast. Queretaro is a wonderful city-lively, fun and safe. A really great breakfast is served in your room at your specified time. Pay attention to the art and decor of the building , you’ll be snapping photos constantly . Our second trip and we’ll be back in a few weeks 😆

Water pressure could feel low in shower. Breakfast was limited (no options).

The hotel was great overall, from comfort to location to the service. The breakfast in bed was nice as you could pick time. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms had air conditioning if needed with more than enough space in the room. The restoom and shower we good too with hot water. Highly recommend the place for its location right in the center of everything that we wanted to visit, with everything at walking distance. Area of the city felt nice and safe too, would definitely consider staying here again.

The hospitality was impeccable, staff makes you feel welcome and accommodates you right away. I love their system of security of utilizing a badge to get into the property, and leaving the room key at reception. Spacious rooms, and thank goodness the AC was working on the few days we spent there. Well centered in the downtown area.
