We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IsraelYou can order food at the hotel's resturant but prices are very expensive. The other alternatives is 20 min of .walk to a resturants zone or 7 min drive by car Besides it everything was just perfect!
The staff are amazing and really taking care of all your needs, especially Betzabe! .The room is cozy, comfortable, and very aesthetic Also, the view from the room is incredible. Recommend for people who likes to indulge!

ItalyTwo small notes: the food was ok, nothing bad but fairly average for the quality of the structure; also, the rooms and the general vibe of some areas is a bit impersonal, resembles at times a business hotel.
The location is truly amazing, as well as the facilities and service they offer. The view right on the Cenote and the lagoon is just perfect! The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Would have been great to stay one or two nights more during our trip, to enjoy the hotel more as well as Bacalar.

United StatesHad to move from room because of strong moldy smell; the second room we were offered was a little better. Rooms are not well insulated for noise and we were disturbed at night by loud music and conversations from guests or staff. Guests aren’t able to control the room AC but need to communicate with staff through What’s Ap and have maintenance staff adjust. This was very annoying when you find the room temp uncomfortable during the night and wasteful when you want to turn up temp when away. Also not able to control light on deck; it is on a timer and went out when we were using it (around 9 PM). After complaining, the timing was changed but again, it takes control away from the guest. Would have liked some on-site recreation, like kayaks to explore the lagoon, and bicycles to use, since the walk to town is a bit far.
Beautiful location on the lagoon, with multiple piers and two nice swimming pools. The large room was modern and comfortable and included a furnished deck. A very new facility that is beautifully landscaped and maintained and well staffed.

United StatesThe most beautiful spot overlooking the water. Wonderful facilities to swim in their heated pool and in the lake. Excellent shower, towels, pillows, bed. Best of all , all the employees were more than lovely - personable and helpful. Easy to park and close to the lively town of Bacalar. The restaurant has a gorgeous view overlooking the water - romantic place to watch the sunset. Very clean.

We had the privilege of being the first guests at this lovely resort on the lagoon (right on the Cenote) on the day it opened. We had a very warm welcome from the incredibly friendly staff with a personal touch. Our room was spacious, meticulously clean and designed beautifully in every detail. The view of the lake across the heated infinity pool was unbeatable though. The restaurant view and the food are wonderful. If you want a prime location and a relaxing stay in a beautiful environment with friendly people, then this is the place.

MexicoBeing that they have such a limited staff, to get the basics,such as a towels or cushions for the lounges, we would have to look for someone. I would think if they had more personnel, they could probably sell a lot more drinks, with intern would make them more money. The Restaurants food was disappointing, our group of 4 all agreed to that. The first day there I was walking off the deck down the steps to the lagoon and hurt my shoulder and ankle because a step was missing. I brought this to their attention, It was never Fixed. Other guest had the same problem. Also, I would recommend that the rooms have the ability to set their own air conditioning. You have to call the front desk to change the temperature. The manager did explain to me that they replacing the windows overlooking the lagoon because the windows have a default and you can’t see clearly through them, it’s like a fog in between the glass.
The hotel is beautiful. Beautiful views, the pools were very well maintained. Even though they have very limited staff, the staff personnel we’re friendly and helpful.

BelizeImpossible to sit/lay by your pool/the lagoon No cushions on hard slatted chairs. we were told we could pile towels up - that did not work. So could never hang around and enjoy your hotel during the day . Were not told to bring our own passwords - first 3 days we were told "can't do anything about it" and no TV No water machine/complimentary water in room - expected at any good hotel Coffee machines in room. Neither of us could make them work, definitely not easy ! Amazed as we left we were told we were to be charged for our little coffee pods. Just a very small amount for each - but - not a good memory for this "high class hotel!"
