Absolutely amazing hotel, we had unforgettable birthday stay here! Nothing to complain about. Staff superfriendly and helpul. Huge and clean room, great bed and silent to sleep. All the art is incredible, such an unique place to saty. Beautiful beach, lovely warm pool. Breakfast options are great and was good. Would love stay again!

The service at the restaurant was a bit slow, and when Hotel says breakfast is included then that means that there should not be any conditions applied to that. Heer, if you ordered more than one entrée you had to pay for the rest.

Gym quite small and limited and they offer 121 yoga but no groups-but as they are next to Nomad and Be Tulum who have excellent yoga and wellness classes so you have options It is a small hotel so Food options are limited for more varied diets such as vegan but they were great and getting us healthy tasty options Basically any issues there are good solutions...

Casa Malca is a wonderful hotel. Loved it. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to be of service. Thank you so much. High quality bedding as you would expect from a decent 5 star Love the location down at the quiet end of the beach The decor and art was dramatic and rich Room massive. The garden rooms are much nicer and quieter, the ground floor rooms have huge terraces with beds. We would def stay here again

Their Philosophy restaurant was a huge disappointment. Food was not great and extremely overpriced. There are so many great food options in Tulum, and this was probably the most expensive with the worst food quality. Definitely not worth it. The beach restaurant is fantastic. They also don’t disclose service charge is included, so it’s a bit shady. Only one server told us honestly.

Almost everything was absolutely fantastic. It’s a great property, great service, really good beach, rooms are spacious and beautiful.

tip (propina) is always included in the bill (which is fine) but on the receipt it says that it is not although it is clearly listed as an additional cost. very sneaky !

The restaurant menu got a bit repetitive, wish there had been more dinner variety. Didn't love how the bathroom floor stayed wet for a long time after the shower. Also, I wish there had been more drawers for clothing storage, and wardrobe space and hangers for dresses (not just shirts/blouses).

Concierge service was extremely responsive and friendly. Breakfast was amazing, and I loved that it was included in the cost of the room. The beach chairs were fantastic. Garden suite was quiet and lovely.

We spent a week at Casa Malca with the whole family (me, my wife and 2 kids). We had a wonderful experience. The facility is beautiful. We lived the art work around the facility and the attention to detail in the design. The grounds are very well maintained. The staff is super friendly, always going out of their way to meet our needs. The family suite room was huge with excellent amenities. The beach is cleaned every day (unlike some other hotels in the area). We wanted a quieter place to stay and Casa Malca’s location is ideal for that, away from the party zone but still only a short cab ride away if you wanted to party. The breakfast was amazing, lots of options to choose from. Both the restaurants at the property served excellent food. We especially enjoyed our dinners at philosophy. It was great to have that option with the kids. They have a kids menu too. All in all a wonderful experience and we hope to be back.

A little strange that you have to tip in breakfast table every morning.

Absolutely loved the sheets in bed, truly comfy. Breakfast was tasty. Loved our every morning yoga class. Beautiful artwork- a lot of instagram photo opportunities. Very spacious room. Nice that room includes bikes as well.

Just a unique place everything was perfect. The beach the whole place was designed so great. And the rooms were superb. The suite on the beach is perfect, super clean end of tulum. The food was amazing across the resort.
