Great place, quiet and safe. The accommodation has everything you need, and it's located in one of the most pleasant neighborhood in Palenque. It's just 10 minutes from the city center, but you are located right next to a small jungle! The room is big, has a good AC and the shower is great.

Having coffee available in the morning would be great but not essential.

Had a beautiful and large private room with ensuite. Situated close to restaurants, the main bus station and main town yet feels as though you are in the jungle. Great place to stay for a night, able to store luggage when on a day trip for night bus. Has a large fully equipped kitchen to use. Can access shower and toilet after checkout which is handy.

The place is very spacious and has a lovely jungley aesthetic. And the staff are amazing! Juan greeted us late in the evening when our bus was delayed, and then again was unbelievably generous to us on our last day. On our last day in Palenque we were taking an overnight bus so had some hours to kill in the evening. Juan let us hang out in the common spaces no questions asked, and offered us use of the showers and provided fresh towels. An absolute gent!

Quiet location a quick walk to everything. Amazing hot water pressure and good AC. Usually communal kitchens are gross but this one was very clean and a great spot to cook. Staff let me hang out in the common spaces after check out and before my bus left a few hours later.

we never had hot water in our room. normally it's probably okay since the weather is hot, but it cooled down during our stay and we would have liked a hot shower to warm up.

Friendly and helpful staff. even though we arrived 1 hour earlier at 5am already, we could leave our stuff there and even take a shower. great location directly, cute surrounded by the jungle. a kitchen for usage is available.

Not much to dislike :)

Great location right by ruins bus and many restaurants. Room has a lovely large windows looking onto the woods. Staff were very friendly and happy to answer questions. The room has a kettle for tea or coffee, and tere's a kitchen downstairs you can use to store things. Loved it!

Cosy and clean, with a beautiful garden! It has two turtles and we saw an iguana everyday in the same tree. It has a quite complete kitchen that you can use. Location was in a nice neighborhood, close to nice restaurants and cafes, but still in a tranquil street

Not much we didn't like, as this place was excellent. Maybe we missed having a pool to get out of the heat, but we did know there wasn't one. The other thing is that the beds were doubles and not larger - again we did know this was the case.

This place is great. It's nestled in the jungle, with space to sit outside. There is a shared kitchen with each room having its own shelf in the fridge. There is also filtered water available. It is inexpensive, very clean, and the staff are friendly. The rooms are basic but comfortable, and have Aircon. We also stored our bags and used the facilities after our check put time, before we left.

A room safe, as there is no reception.

Close to the ADO bus stop, the hotel is off a side street so it very quiet and it feels like you are in the rainforest. There is a garden area out the back that looks over a forest full of birds, lizards and iguanas. It was a great place just to sit for a couple hours and soak up nature. The wifi was fast and easy to connect to. There is a communal kitchen with a fridge and all the utenilse you need. The room was pretty basic, but super clean and everything works. AC and a fan. Good spot for a short stay

The only problem is when people sit on the shared patio at night. It is right outside the rooms and you can hear everything. We finally had to ask them to be quiet so we could sleep because we had such an early morning arriving on the overnight bus.

Large, clean room. Air conditioning works well and is needed as it is so hot. Wifi works well. Great location, 1/2 block off the lagoon. You see the lagoon from the patio. They let us check in early which was really appreciated. There is free coffee in the morning which was very nice. Access to a full kitchen.

There were a bit of noise during daytime coming from the next door building. Not a big deal, in evening it was peaceful and quiet.

Nice and clean with easy access to centro bus station. Staffs are friendly although they don't speak English and they allowed checkout extension for free, if you are coming back from the ruins in the afternoon, including full usage of bathroom.

Thin curtains so the streetlights outside shine in all night

Big room, AC, coffee machine. Looks like a fully equipped kitchen, though I was only there for a night so I didn't investigate. Walking distance from the ADO bus station, also probably where you'll get dropped off if you take a tour from San Cristóbal and stay in Palenque.

The A/C was not sufficiently powerful to cool the room adequately. I realize the location is quite hot, but there were plenty of restaurants, pharmacies, and convenience stores in town that were well cooled even at peak temperatures during midday. Also, many hotels in the town report low water pressure, which was the case here too. Not sure a different hotel would have been different.

The location was good and the property was impeccably clean. The shared kitchen was nice to have too.

Access road is terrible, though fortunately a short distance. Lighting in the room was minimal. Room a little small, OK for a one night stay.

Friendly staff. Good communication. Shared terrace with a few tables. Shared kitchen was large with good facilities. Close to tourist restaurants and main road.
