The rooms were pretty noisy. You can hear everything going on below your room at night and in the morning. The shower runs hot and cold without touching the mixer

The beach front area was gorgeous with lovely cabanas that we didn’t need to book or pay for. Very close to many bustling areas but far enough away to be peaceful and feel like you’re miles away

The pool is a bit small and therefore gets too hot to even enjoy it. And the staff at reception is not as warm and welcoming as the rest of the staff.

The beach club is great and I loved it was adults only. Very relaxing . We also loved the ATV free rental. The staff at the pool is great - super helpful. Also loved the free yoga class

They added on tips for everything even if you just got a beer, and the ‘breakfast included’ you also had to pay for a tip so it wasn’t free. They also added on 15% for cleaning staff every night you stayed which I thought was quite unusual? So our bill at the end of our stay was quite significant!

I thought some things seemed tired. Like stained towels on the beach chairs and lounges. Small area to sit in lobby and if numerous people check in no where to sit. They also had a 3p check in and I checked in at 8 my room wasn’t available until three. Not negotiable on that. I felt some of the front staff in the lobby could have been more helpful. Also if you want to eat dinner there you have to eat on tables on the beach, no other option. Lastly coffee unavailable before 8 am and I am an early riser who likes coffee first thing.

I loved the seclusion yet near things. I loved the yoga everyday. The service largely was good.

Everything - the rooms were beautiful, really clean and full of thoughtful extras like insect repellent. The staff were really attentive and very friendly. We had breakfast delivered to our terrace every morning which was lovely. The beach and pool areas were also stunning and very well maintained. You get a great view of the sunset from the beach. The fish tacos were also great. Walking distance to La Punta which has loads of restaurants and bars too

Nothing! It was lovely. Ants did become an issue, but that’s just the nature of being on the beach.

It was a beautiful location on a relatively quiet beach, with unique amenities. My family and I had rented the only freestanding villa on the property, for our small family of three, which was intended for a party of six. It was lovely, and a great value for the nights we had stayed. Included was twice a day maid service, and a full-time chef from the hours of 7 AM to 11 PM. Every attention detail was provided. The freestanding villa had its own entrance, and direct access to the beach, that was guarded by two security dogs, and a 24 hour security guard. There’s very high attention to detail, even if footprints were left in the sand, no more than five minutes later, they would be combed away by the on-site facility caretaker. Because we’re so well taken care of in the villa, we didn’t have an opportunity to partake in the main hotels services. However, they do include beach access, public pool, spa, and yoga facilities. I would absolutely return again. The highlight of the trip was enjoying every single meal in serenity, with unopposed views of the ocean.

Beautiful property on the beach where you can completely switch off! The staff were so incredibly nice and accommodating throughout our stay. The room was gorgeous and we loved the design! They offer a free morning yoga and happy hour 2-for-1 drinks too.

Incredible experience all round. We loved all the facilities, the rooms, the breakfast and the yoga and massage. The food and drinks were all delicious, the live music was great and the staff were perfect. Great location, quiet and peaceful yet close to everything we needed. We hope to return!

There was a faint hint of damp in the room, and the quality of the yoga classes could definitely be improved.

What a gorgeous location right by the beach! The cuisine was superb, and the staff were incredibly friendly.

The hotel is amazing! The room and the hotel is very decorated and clean, the staff were very kind and friendly, and the service was beyond our expectations. We celebrated here our honeymoon and it was wonderful. The breakfast is very varied and tasty, the location is great (quiet but still close by a short ride to la punta and Zicatela). Everything was just amazing. We’ll definitely be back in the hotel :)

Be prepared to wait a while if you order food or a drink at the beach. The beds also aren't the most comfortable

Exceptional service from all staff - the front desk was particularly great in helping book experiences for us. Amazing property right on the beach front, great breakfast. They also have an ATV you can take if you need to go to Punta or Zicatela. We had a beach front room with a beautiful balcony to relax and watch the sunset.

The rooms are bright and not well insulated. Didn’t sleep well with the noise outside the hotel like dogs, roosters all night, ATVs… (not the hotel’s fault, but should’ve been built better). The hotel food could be better.

We were there for New Years and so the cost per night was significant - was not worth what we paid but recognise the price was inflated given the time and usual rates are worth it.

Gorgeous hotel, right on the beach, with unbelievable sunsets. Lunch and Breakfast were both brilliant and service was great at all times. 20 mins from PE airport very straight forward.
