Weird room layout. Was initially given the wrong key, and also sold the wrong shuttle to Flores for a route that is closed by the front desk staff, but they were able to fix these problems. Minimal cutlery in the kitchen.

Aircon very good, conveniently located near bus stop. Very basic breakfast available at a nearby hotel for free/a small tip. Kitchen well stocked with spices.

The dorms for 4 person's is quiet small and really missing plugs to charge as I only counted 3 and when there is use of adapters, well you loose one plug!

There were a lot of extra costs. For example, you have to pay to let your luggage if you don’t leave right away. That’s not the case in many hotels. Also, if you want to your laundry there, it’s a bit expensive.

So the bedroom situation was interesting - 3 double beds in one room seoerayed by curtains - but they were very comfortable. Also they charge you for use of the facilites of you want to hang around after you check out, which I can kind of understand, but there's not a whole lot of places that charge you for this and it felt a little cheeky...

Super close to the ADO bus station so getting to the ruins/catching the next night bus was super handy! The facilities were really nice and they had everything, and the halmoks and the jacuzzi were a nice surprise albeit a little random 😂 But overall not a bad place to stay if you're just passing through.

Lockers should be in the bedrooms.

Nice common areas, with hammocks, jacuzzi, sun beds, tables... Plenty of room to chill or socialize. The hostel is close to the bus station, in the "tourist" area of Palenque. Beds were comfortable and rooms not overcrowded. Bathrooms quite spacious and clean.

I would love to have some seating options with a backrest. There are currently a lot of options and hang out areas around the hostel but nothing with a backrest. The vibe feels more like a place for people to pass through, not very social, but good for a couple of nights.

This hostel ended up actually being better than I expected! The room was comfortable and there were many areas outside of it to hang out in. Location near the bus station is great and just 5 minutes from the town itself (rather go to the restaurants and cafes in the town since the part where the hostel is located at, only has kinda fancy, more expensive tourist restaurants!)

Big surprise - we we offered free breakfast in the hotel nearby. Great common area with hammocks, lots of place to sit and take rest. Close to the bus station, great spot to start visiting Palenque and surroundings.

The rooms were clean and tidy, access to the jacuzzi and other amenities was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. Was a 5 minute walk from the bus station and also a big chedraui shop.

Really close to the bus/colectivo station and the supermarket is also in walking distance from the structure. Clean rooms. Sheets and towels are provided. Smoke-free outdoor area.

I asked for the laundry service which they said was around 34mxn per kilo, but when I bought my laundry they then said its a minimum of 4kg. I wish they would've said this prior.
