Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

AustraliaLocking and unlocking the door of the property to go in and out, lock using the key was awkward. Our fridge didn’t close properly but was hard to see it hadn’t so our stuff didn’t stay cold. Prefer all the communication and payment to go through booking.com as the hotel said we didn’t answer their communication which I don’t think we received - we did respond to everything asked for through booking.com but apparently that wasn’t enough.
Comfortable room and great location. The hotel and area was very quiet. Lovely café underneath. (I wouldn’t rate it as the advertised 5 star as we had to ask for cleaning after 2 days and for towels.)

United StatesNot the hotels fault but there is no view from the upstairs terrace and you can hear the traffic a lot from up there. Suite 5 doesn't have its own terrace.
Everything! Spotlessly clean and very quiet. A beautiful boutique hotel with only about 9 rooms. We had suite 5 but never had a problem sleeping with the traffic downstairs. Cold AC! Great location, restaurants very close to the hotel with a great variety of different foods to choose from. French bakery almost next door with delicious coffee and pastries. Very safe area with a circle K and OXXO within walking distance. Hosts, front desk ladies and housekeeping all very nice. Small kitchenette with mini fridge and coffee maker. Roof top terrace with comfortable seating. Shower hot with good water pressure. Comfortable bed and lots of closet space to hang clothes. Park within walking distance to workout in.

AustraliaNothing! Just a very small thing - the big knife could have been sharpened & providing salt and pepper would have been good.
Large apartment with elegantdecor, spotlessly clean, great location and close to cafes etc of Condessa and despite being near a main road absolutely quiet. Martin was great when we needed help and the staff were lovely. Highly recommend

United StatesThe only one thing was that the shower floor was a little slippery - that’s all!
The interior design was amazing. It felt like we were staying at a wealthy friend’s house! Soft pillows, nice towels and coffee table books. Even then lighting was very soft and comfortable

LithuaniaThe house is on a busy street and the traffic noise is really strong. Especially at night. But it's a huge city, so ... Earplugs are advisable for a good night's sleep.
Lovely apartment in a great location. There is a beautiful roof terrace for morning coffee, the house is decorated with really good artworks created by the property owner and his mother. There is a daily supply of water and coffee, the cleanliness is impeccable, the room is stylishly furnished, and it is a very cosy place to stay.

NetherlandsOnly shortcoming noisy road near the room C. We slept ok , but if sensitive sleeper could be challenging. This is also only reason I didn’t give 10/10
Clean, large room. Excellent service and support. Daily room cleaning. Great location close to many cafes and green areas.

United StatesThe Condesa location was great - very walkable and close to many restaurants. The property was amazing - each room was different. the hallways and stairwells were filled with art! Gerard and Martin (the owners) were so hospitable. We felt like honored guests visiting the home of a friend. And they are constantly working on small improvements to make the property even nicer!

United StatesEverything was truly great. Would have been nice to have more than one pillow to sleep on.
Casa We loved our stay at CasaCorp! The location couldn’t be better. It’s located in the heart of La Condesa, walking distance from everything we wanted to check out. If you are looking for a city feeling this is the place. You will get the noise from the city as it’s located in a busy intersection. However due to size of the property they’re will be plenty of quietness on the inside as there are a handful of suites. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The staff were superb! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We will most certainly be coming back!

This is a beautiful hotel with an excellent location. The rooms are very comfortable and decorated in a classic style. We had a suite and it’s like an apartment with everything you could want. The art is tasteful and carefully chosen. Every detail is a delight. And the rooftop terrace is spectacular!

CanadaNo complaints! We would definitely return.
We were in suite 3A and it was a wonderful space. It was an oasis after each day of sightseeing and walking everywhere! So comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Easy access to the city transit, the mercados, restaurants and Parks! We loved the place. The owner, Martin, and Verónica, in receptión, were so friendly and helpful, as we had no Spanish.

MexicoCan hear some noise from the room across the hall.
It's a boutique hotel but they treat they treat the experience like a professional city hotel (maybe even better). The furnishings are "traditional" in style but I was impressed at the modern amenities like mirror with built-in lighting, kitchenette, smart TV and a mini split air-con with HEATING -- I've been to expensive hotels in Mexico City without heating. Housekeeping does a spectacular job, it is clean and well maintained. The location is a big walk to the main hub of Condesa and Roma Norte, however, there's some amazing cafes and restaurants within blocks. It's also an easy location for Ubers to pick up from.

United KingdomThough the hotel's location is in a safe area of La Condesa however the traffic noise does not in the early morning because of the main road just outside. If you can ignore that then there's nothing not to like about the place.

Huge apartment style room with a full kitchen, dining room and TV room. Very clean, super comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. The staff was friendly and attentive to any requests we made. This would be a great spot for a family. We stayed in Suite B. Nice amenities and located close to lots of good dining options. Borders Roma Norte which has some really nice parks and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

United StatesThey don't offer breakfast, but the suite is effectively a large studio apartment with a small kitchen, so you can make your own breakfast if you wish. It's a small boutique suites hotel in a charming vintage building. The room was impeccably clean and elegantly, tastefully decorated. Veronica and her colleagues, at the front desk, were always ready to provide service and good advice, and Martin, the co-owner, lives in the facility and makes sure that everything is OK. The room was cleaned every day. The hotel is located at the intersection of two busy streets in La Condesa, a neighborhood that is centrally located with numerous shops, restaurants, taquerias and convenience stores and lots of street life, but the room was quiet. We were delighted with our stay there.
