The design, space and cleanliness were perfect. The staff were also unbelievably nice. Always gave great recommendations and were very helpful and promptm. The location is also great. Super easy to walk around to all the tourist hot spots. Will definitely be seeking out this location upon our return.

The only thing that would have been a nice touch would be bath salts to go with that great bathtub!

Everything was great! Staff were kind and attentive; the hotel itself is beautiful; the apartment was gorgeous, comfortable and well equipped; the shower pressure was amazing; and the location was great. The fact coffee and a pastry were available for breakfast was a nice surprise.

Only suggestion would be a waste bin in the kitchen as we felt bad piling up our bottles, etc on the counter.

Absolutely lovely staff - kind, attentive, and helpful. Beautiful sparkling clean facilities, spacious and well stocked room, charming terrace, and a perfect healthy continental breakfast. We couldn't have been happier with our stay!

Everything was fantastic. The apartment is huge. The bed is comfortable. The record player is a great touch. Fully equipped kitchenette. Amazing bathroom. Just every little detail done right. And a fantastic staff. Loved every bit of this, and in a great neighborhood close to lots of awesome restaurants and beautiful parks and boulevards. Saw how highly rated this place was and it's for good reason: they've made these places perfect.

There was a lot of loud and random noises even at night. Not sure if it was the water pump or elevator but the noise was a bit loud. The beds are short so if you are tall you're feet may hang over.

It was a clean and modern space. The staff was very welcoming. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. And liked they had a record player!

The complementary breakfast was a little underwhelming.

Brilliant location. Friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed with well appointed kitchen and lounge area. We had friends visit for drinks. There were enough glasses for entertaining and room in the lounge area ro relax. The record player and old vinyl was a nice treat. There was a coffee machine and ground coffee provided in the room. There is a Walmart Express close by so we bought breakfast cereal. There are also plenty of great coffee shops nearby.

Nothing I didn’t like! Breakfast didn’t have too many options but I didn’t mind that too much.

This is a beautiful and charming hotel! The room was so clean and amenities were great (including Bose speakers for the room). The whole hotel smelled so good we went to buy the scent for ourselves haha. However the best part was the incredible security staff. They were there around the clock, helping us with our luggage, personally opening the gates whenever we left the hotel, and even ensuring our safety when helping us grab our food delivery orders. I can’t say enough good things about how great the staff was!

Exceptional rooms, common areas and overall service was fantastic. Highly recommend if you are looking for a neighborhood without too much buzz (like Roma, Roma Norte) and with some of the best cafes and restaurants within a 1-2 min walk. Service was great. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and loved everything about our stay.

Only things that were not ideal for me were engine noise at night from nearby a partner, and the fact that there was no coffee and breakfast, but overall I loved the house and it’s location.

Casa Cleo is a charming upscale hotel charging an upscale price. While priding themselves on their excellent service, you would think that they could provide a complimentary bottle of water to each guest each day of their stay.

They provided a simple, fresh and healthy breakfast each morning except Sunday.

from the initial welcome from the night concierge the hotel gave a feeling of calmness in a hectic city- the decor was beautiful and the hotel smelt divine!
