It feels like it’s an old office building? Like you’re going into a space with a dentist office, a tax accountant, and one or two other small practices. It really feels like you’re staying in a place that wasn’t meant to be a hotel. Our door opened directly to the lobby, and that felt strange.

Nice location. Lovely swimming area at the end of the dock. Room was clean and the A/C was plenty cool! Great water pressure and temp in the shower. Friendly staff.

It doesn’t have a big enough parking area. If the hotel Is full you will have to wake up to move cars or leave them parked in the outside. The main house doesn’t have AC so breakfast is done with a huge humidity. The cabins have some bugs …

Nothing we didn't like.

The location is prime, we where able to park the car and go for a nice walk to the main town square and enjoy the afternoon. The access to the lagoon is perfect and there's a lot of privacy. Also, the breakfast was fantastic.

There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms and they seemed a bit like they were still under construction, the shower needed tiling and you could see through the floor to the forest floor, so maybe add some flooring and close the gaps between the thatched roof and the walls so less bugs get in. A mini fridge and 5 gallon a bottle of potable water with a dispenser would be nice additions to the room as well.

Our room, Ceiba, was bad. It should not be offered as a room, for it is isolated in the back of the facility, just in the middle of a service room and some restrooms with pipes cracking all day. I assume that the other rooms are much better. Wifi was poor in this part of the hotel, but in reception was good. And the hotel is small, and it cannot make proper room for cars. So if you have a car, you may have a hard time to park it in the hotel. Our car got trapped behind other guests' cars, so we could not use it because they didn't leave their keys.

The location is unmatched. A few steps from the Lagoon, and a few meters from city centre. The staff is very kind and helpful. The free breakfast is fine.

Poor breakfast, very small pool, no elevator. The staff don't speak English at all.

the breakfast was very basic nothing fancy as staying in a hotel but really good taste, the service they provide is excellent. I would definitely recommend this place. the workers are so nice and very helpful . the location is very good close to the downtown

The room wasn’t 100% clean and I didn’t like the smell. The balcony was dirty with the old furniture. The pier was lovely but they could have renovated some bits because it looks like no one took care of it for the past few years.

location was very good, with a nice pier and a clean lake. the room was okay but not as good as I expected. Everything looks like on the pictures but less clean and a lot older (not really renovated). I loved the atmosphere and a vibe in the hotel

Be aware that the breakfast is continental, with a piece of toast, coffee, and a fruit plate. They should add washcloths and hand towels to the room.

Breakfast was only coffee, orange juice, fruit and toast. The hotel was a bit dated showing signs of wear and the windows didn't open.

The location on the lake was very nice and the room was very comfortable and quiet.

Breakfast could be improved upon During my stay, heavy construction work was taking place on the neighbouring parcel. I would have rather woke up to the sound of birds then to power tools. Obviously this is not the fault of the owner, mostly bad luck.

Rooms are not worth what they are charging for. The bathrooms weren’t clean and the toilets didn’t work well. When we mention that to the staff they told us we had to fix them (lady in charge). Really???? They just placed a bucket with water in front of our room door. Rooms are full of rust and tar.

Terribly dirty accommodation, nothing was working, terrible breakfast, with hair inside the meal, there was no electricity during the night, it was going off and coming every 2 minutes. Very rude staff, did not want even to call taxi even
