Location is great, 5 minute walk to the main square. The room is lovely with a massive and comfortable bed. The bathroom is very nice and spacious with toiletries offered. Breakfast is nice, giving you all you need to set you up for the day. The staff were friendly and allows us to have a slightly early breakfast so we could catch our bus

It was not possible to pay by card. Note that some local taxes are added to the Booking price (16% + 2%). The breakfast was surprisingly extremely simple: a cup of disappointing coffee, a good glass of juice, a few slices of bananas and melon, two small tasteless toasts with industrial jam and some nice yoghurt with plain, cheap cornflakes.

Comfortable room with a very large bathroom, and nicely decorated hotel. The staff was nice and flexible. There is drinkable water available in the lobby and a couple bottles of filtered water in the room.

The hotel is well located, a few minutes walking from the city center. Great bed, the room was very clean, the shower is just awesome, good breakfast and very welcoming people - they let us in as soon as we arrived from an overnight and tiresome bus trip!!!

One complaint I have is that I reserved a room with a patio with a view of the garden. There is only one room like this, #5, and when we arrived later in the evening the room we were given was #4. It is a nice enough room but it does not have a patio that looks over the garden. Since we paired a few dollars a night extra for this it was annoying that we didn't get the room we reserved. For many of us attention to these sort of details is important.

I liked the location close to the central park. I liked that the hotel was clean and everything worked well. The bed was reasonably comfortable and a large king size. The room was a nice sized room with a small cubicle type patio that would let in fresh air and light as you wished.

Its true that the room had a little smell of humidity/pipe? But that didn't bother us cause it wasn't that bad.

Everything was excellent . From the location to the cleaning standards and the great staff 👌 The room was cleaned everyday and the bed was super comfortable 😌 Laundry service is also available and it was really good. Highly recommend

It’s in a neighborhood and there are lots of street noise. I’m used to it but it could be a problem for others. For me I just used the ac and tv as white noise. Also the bed was super hard and difficult for my back. This is a personal issue and not related to the hotel facilities.

We had a great stay at Casa 5! The room and bathroom were spacious and the shower excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was spotless. The shuttle bus to the ruins is within walking distance too, as is everything else in town. The breakfast was simple but good (fruit, yoghurt, cereal and toast).
