It would be nice if there were larger spaces for interaction, also a few times all the tables were taken (which isn't hard, as they are few) and I had to wait to eat. Also the showers, either very cold or evil-hot, but my complain isn't even that, it's that there is a time schedule to use them and when I went back from Puebla we got traffic jam and arrived very late, I really needed a shower but the fact there is a time schedule to it really broke me.

It's a really nice hostel, you get a fair price to be pratically in Zona Rosa, so pretty convenient to me. Bed was nice, locker is decent size, plenty of toilets and shower. There's also a small outside area where you can eat and there are sockets to charge and tables. Staff is nice. More of a quiet hostel.

Only 4 toilets for the whole hotel, but never had to wait in line. Showers are very dark and you walk through reception to get to them. Rooms get very hot so with the windows open, we had tons of mosquitoes enter our room.

Great location right next to a metro stop. Very safe area. Staff was helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds. Good wifi. Limited common area, but there is a nice little terrace for meals. Great value.

As people and staff at reception were eating food and a late evening snack, the smell came into the downstairs dorm, as it is directly next to reception. I was not able to find the promised terrace and in general the whole place has more than one corner that feels more functional than welcoming, for example the long corridor and the showers presented this really weird vibe. It's a place to sleep, but not to hang out.

Albeit not featuring real capsules, the dorm was alright - it has a nice touch to it to be able to have a bit more space than just the bed and to be able to separate it from the rest of the room with the curtain. The bed was cosy and everything was well cleaned. They give you a key for the front door, also sth that I really appreciate in Mexico City.

The showers don’t have great lighting. There is no drinking water for guests. The pods don’t have a hook to hang your towel or a shelf to put your belongings on.

The location is great, close to the metro and restaurants and shops. The beds are comfortable and the lockers are big. The staff were very friendly. The wifi worked well.

There is no free filtered water available, so you need to buy bottled. The shower room is darkly lit and painted black - it could use a paint job and better more lighting.

Comfortable beds in a pod that opens at your feet, so it feels like you get a bit more privacy. It's a no frills place. The bathrooms are located outside of the dorms and were just okay. Hot water and good pressure for the showers, though the shower facilities could use some better lighting and a renovation. Staff was friendly.

There are no common areas , they have a microwave and mini kitchen next to the reception with few chairs but that's it .

Excellent location close to a shopping mall with restaurant and access to metro bus . Internet was good and they have very attentive reception 24hrs , I arrived late after midnight and had no issues checking in. Neighborhood is safe.

Bathroom was moldy. Not really the staffs fault because it had no ventilation.

I liked having the bed and nightstand and my suitcase in a private almost room curtained off from the rest of the room. affordable in a fun neighborhood. A great place for a single woman traveling alone
