Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe room was on the 4th floor, we had to carry all our luggage 4 stories, my husband has a bad back so he had to go up and down the stairs 2 times to bring all the luggage up, yes I did too.
It was close to the Ferry, minisplit was awsome & cold.

My visit was medical and this was good spot to recoup. Room was comfortable with good AC. Location was off tourist track. More realistic Mexican then hotel zone. No English spoken. People were authentic. Friendly. More true Mexican vibes then tourist areas. Good value.

CanadaThe hotel was not easy to find. No good eating in immediate area. Water pressure poor. Should supply top sheet and better pillows for bed.
The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We forgot our cell phone in the room when we left and they held it for us for several days until we could return. Bed comfortable. Room clean and nice looking. In walking distance from ADO.

BelgiumI was not hoping for luxury in any way when I booked this room, just a nice clean room. However, it was really a let down. The beds were made with duvets that had no cover and there were minor stains on the bedsheets. The bathroom was rusty, especially the floor of the shower. The drain was also smelling really bad. The worst for me was the noise. You can hear everything from the street (I was on the first floor with no windows, the noise was coming from the main entrance) and there are people speaking really loudly throughout the night. There was a dad screaming to his daughter at 7 am from one floor to another. On top of that, as much as I like reggaeton, it was blasting from the reception at 8-9 am, so you can’t really sleep past that time. There was also this really loud noise coming from the pipes in the bathroom at random times that would wake me up, and I’m not talking about water noise, it seemed like the pipes were going to explode. Overall, I slept 2 nights and I would not last any more.
It is close to the ADO station as well as the buses that drive to the Zona Hotelera (ask the staff). It has plenty of options to eat around and the rates are very cheap. The staff at the reception desk was helpful. The room was quite big (I was only one person and had 2 beds).

The location was a little weird at first but then you realized how close you were to experiencing a part of the real downtown Cancun. Living with the locals. Mall was 5 mins walk money exchange and even cellular store.

CanadaThe lobby / réception watches their TV very loudly, even thought we were on the top floor, we could clearly hear it all night. I had to wear ear plugs to sleep. Can't imagine what it would be like being in the first floor. There is no elevator so be ready to climb up 4 floors.
