Entre access slippery on First entry door. Main entrance steps very difficult to use particularly while you are rolling a luggage the same on the way up. As an older person it's very difficult and you must handle the small side railing. Facility must do something to improve this access with out destroying the amazing entry. maybe some electrical step hieden on the left or right side? Room pay requested on reservation was a king size but not available upon checking in- no price adjustment! cabinet between beds is useless just a block of cabinet with a stupid slide in the middle of it, no drawers or shelfs, useless! - One thing that is completely missing a sundries store for magazines, goodies for eating sodas, medicine's, personal items etc. a caliber of the quality of the hotel and no place inside the hotel for that that's inexcusable, also better illumination and invited walls display to invite people to use the entrance nest to the car entrance. maybe include some shoeshine space. the architecture is amazing. Too many liquor stores, a nice class inexpensive jewelry store a sport casual clothing store maybe there are many opportunities to create extra revenues. There are a lots of business individuals I am sure that they don't have time to purchase small items to the family or friends.

Jackhammering in front of our balcony and a broken toilet - but we changed rooms and all was well.

Very large rooms with balconies, Tamayo cafe and Morimoto restaurant, great original artworks throughout the hotel and Angel, the door man, who has been welcoming guests with a big smile for 44 years

The closet was tiny and terrible view for a junior suite.

This is (still) a very good hotel if staying for just a few days. We were in a junior suite and it was nice but a little dated. The closet was really tiny. The bed and pillows quite comfortable buy we did not like te view at all ( It was a wall !! ) We have stayed there before in a club room with a balcony and view to the garden and pool. ( much better )
