Booking had us booked for only one night. We were supposed to be booked for 4 nights. The resort fixed it but booking didn’t accommodate us at all.

The beach area is not that big, the beds are paid apart, so only the chairs are free. There were many people from out of the hotel on the beach as well, not only the guests.

The hotel is not close to downtown, but is well located and has easy access to Uber, Taxis and other to go anywhere in a matter of minutes. For our purposes that was to relax and enjoy the place it was good, well served with good options of restaurants, big pools and various locations for the bars to best serve ourselves.

Very little, if anything at all. The only downfall was not even in regards to the actual property. I only wished there was a pharmacy and oxxo closer to location.

Fantastic experience! Loved the hotel architecture, interior design, attention to detail with both the property and the service. Looking forward to our next visit. Staff were incredibly attentive, energetic and engaging, fantastic memory of our names, drink preferences and engaging us in conversation.

I didn't like the lack of activities in the evenings or the lack of events on Tuesday and Wednesday. It was like a ghost town compared to the other days. The club and other specialty dining was closed on Tuesday but I was only there for a few days and Tuesday being my last night to go out and still sleep in I was ready to stay out but alot of things were closed. The only other thing is the bathroom shower area was a little awkward. There wasn't much privacy. I roomed with a coworker/friend so I would have liked to have a little more privacy in the bathroom/shower area... but it was definitely beautiful.

The food was amazing...In comparison to the other all inclusive resorts I've stayed at. This was top tier!... The pools were beautiful and warm. The Massage was awesome. They definitely pamper you from start to finish. And the comfy areas on the beach to relax were top tier... I definitely recommend... This was definitely a grown-up resort...I told my sister this was the time to relax and enjoy

The beach leaves a lot to be desired. Although I understand that it is a public beach. I would not recommend the beach to anyone. Also, at the Italian restaurant overall the meal was good. However, my wife found a hair in her bread. The staff was very apologetic, and the resort send some chocolates and chocolate covered strawberries to our room. It would have been better if they had just removed the cost of the bottle of wine we ordered.

The in-room dining was not that great, however, the food in the dining areas were nice. for the in-room dining the food was not warm. The pool area and the service around the pool were great. Also I must commend the person who gave me my massage at the Spa (Christian). She was amazing, skilled, and very professional!!

The beach area is not nice at all. Also some things were too american to my taste (clientele was 95% from the Us).

i was pay for all inclusive but in reality is not. they charge separate for the spa and some other facilities. i am vegetarian but i didn’t found many options in vegetarian food. so vegetarian people note this point.

Breathless Cancun exceeded in my expectations. I am an avid traveler and have stated many all inclusive resorts. The staff went above and beyond and was very friendly. The food was amazing. Facilities were great. I had a great time and I would return over and over again.

Wine is an up charge in the specialty restaurants

We have stayed at several all inclusive resorts and this one was one of the best. First off, the staff is exceptional. Everyone is friendly and works hard to make the guests happy. Secondly, the food was great! We ate at the Italian, Mexican and steakhouse restaurants (didn’t make it to either the French or Asian) and all were really good. The buffet was excellent. There was a large variety of high quality food….definitely not the cafeteria fare of other resorts where we have stayed. We got the VIP package, which gave us access to a VIP only rooftop pool and the exhale lounge, which had top shelf liquor and snacks throughout the day. We also stayed during Hurricane Beryl, and we were so impressed with the property’s response to the storm. The staff worked hard to secure the property, keep the guests happy and safe, and then return it to the original condition after the storm blew over. The government declared a ban on alcohol prior to the storm hitting, and many guests were cranky, but the resort did their best to keep us happy. We will be back!

The smell In the hallways and rooms have a musty water smell. Resort should get air purifiers to clean the air which will reduce the smell

There was nothing I did not like.

I love everything about Breathless Cancun soul. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning modern architecture and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. The Food was always on point, the activities, the room was incredible, the pools.
