I love everything about Breathless Cancun soul. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning modern architecture and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. The Food was always on point, the activities, the room was incredible, the pools.

The French restaurant food wasn’t the best but not bad. Ground floor pool was a bit too warm

Traveled in May 2024 and the property was new and clean. Furniture was all in great condition from sunbeds to lobby lounges and within the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom and showers were amazing. Love the multiple shower heads and seat. Great lighting too.

Not all restaurants were open in the evening and you only knew by going to them to see. We asked some staff in the morning which restaurants were open that evening you may have got a different response depending on who you spoke to.

Food was fantastic and vast range of options. The choice of pools is brilliant so you can enjoy a different pool depending on what mood you’re in. The staff were all lovely too!

I didn't like that on the beach there weren't very many places to sit. We had a hard time finding a place to enjoy the beach. Eventually, we did, and it was fine, but they definitely need more seating in the beach area. Also, when we first arrived from the airport, we were starving. No restaurants were open at the time, so we had to settle for this little pizza that we didn't want just to hold us over. We were told by one staff member that a place was open but we couldn't find it, and other staff members were saying it was closed, but didn't know what time it opened. So we wished the staff was a little more familiar with restaurants on the property b/c we were just lost and hungry lol. But we were fine, we ordered room service later.

I loved how clean the property was, the friendliness of the staff, the food, the live entertainment, how beautiful the property was, etc. The beds were super comfortable, and the room was very clean. They even had an option where you could choose the type of pillows you wanted. I loved the option to have the colorful LED lights over your bed. So cool!

The cab ride to and from the property to the airport feels like we’re being taken advantage of!

Beautiful property with great restaurants and food choices. Very nice pool staff and pool entertainment. The beach was peaceful. Loved our room, the view, and the shower was very nice.

Not enough food options and the options don’t stay open long, some restaurants were “temporarily closed” so I never got to actually dine. Which made me feel like it wasn’t worth the price

The service wasn’t as good as we are accustomed to. We typically stay at Palace resorts, and the service there is hands down better. Also, the drinks aren’t strong. Call me a conspiracy theorist… but we drink throughout the day, and never once got even tipsy. Is the alcohol diluted? When we left, we went to a different resort, and felt it after 2 drinks. Also, because of the sand bar (shallow water sand shelf) at the beach, and since all beaches in Cancun are public, it’s a place lots of locals come to hang out. Not a big deal… but it was never quiet or peaceful while laying on beach chairs.

It’s a beautiful facility. Very new and very nice.
