No sockets next to the bed Due to a large amount of sargasso on the beach it wasn’t possible to swim. I was disappointed. Climatic situation can't be controlled even though the hotel keeps cleaning.

Beautiful beachfront hotel Good cosy rooms & bed. The room is quite neutral. It would be nicer with some decorations & special touch Great staff & specially the concierge deserves a 5☆

We requested for face towels on different occasions which we never got at all. We were also charged for a new blanket since the what was given to us some soup poured on it. That stain could easily come off since my top had the same soup stain and it easily came off after hand washing

I am literally drawing a blank on even any constructive criticism I could give because this place is closer to heaven on earth than I deserve to see, so instead I will tell more good things: convenient laundry and ice, nice gym, funky pool that lights up at night, excellent location for restaurants, you must try Calypso’s and Timon and Hanaichi down the road! Not to mention easy access to tours from Xcaret, highly recommended. Extremely clean and sanitary, great turndown service and two free water bottles daily is a lifesaver in Mexico. high security done in a way that feels casual and welcoming, but do let them know about guests. Could say more nice things but I still can’t think of anything bad and I’ve gone over everything! Enjoy! Oh! You know what. Booking.com mistakenly said that the room was oceanfront and it wasn’t but that’s not the fault of Beachscape Kin Ha. Beware of Booking.com, would have been better directly through the hotel’s website, because they were really accommodating and more than made up for it with a trip of a lifetime.

Best service, accommodating in many languages. Best beach in Cancun including Isla Mujeres, everyone agrees, and Playa forum is right next door for waves. Easy walk to Coco Bongo area nightlife. Expert tour booker, Irma Barradas, right in the lobby, will make your day! Very convenient facilities like convenience store open til 11pm. Two great straightforward traditional restaurants, fun cocktails and seafood, you must try the sopepillas before doing anything else. Run, do not walk to the sopepillas and tip the friendly staff well!

Relatively basic rooms but clean and good hairdryer despite its appearance. Only issue one night with restaurant staff refusing to allow us to order at the bar, then being extremely slow and forgetting to put orders in.

Lovely staff at reception, breakfast and the bar. Minor issue with evening waiting staff (see below). Delicious and varied breakfast (including fresh fruit, pancakes, sweet pastries, cheese, omelette stand, hot food including Mexican traditional items, and a quesadilla / sope stand. Good pool, and lovely beach position. Good location.

The property is a little bit dated, but totally worth the value. It’s actually quaint. It is really clean and well-maintained, but just slightly old-school but we loved it.

This property is in a perfect location. I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful it is. Right on a white sandy Beach with blue waters. And the waters warm and you can swim right into it.

Be ready to pay tips (as everywhere in Cancun). There is only 1 restaurant with a fairly limited menu. The room did not have a proper bathroom door... at breakfast-for coffee drinkers-there is only americano, and in general the options are not that tailored to foreigners

A few rentable water toys or activities would be fun.

The units weren’t high rises but only 3 stories high which made it very easy to go to and from the beach to the room which was very convenient. Breakfast was very nice as well with many options.
