Softness liquid should be applied to towels and sheets /Paid late check out should be available to guests always specially to seniors when the weather is streamly hot and humid specially when there is no place in the hotel that has Air Conditioner except washrooms and guest room

The bar by the beach was pricy and the staff not as friendly as the people at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was overpriced $42 for me and my kid and the food was not that great.

first room we got was ground floor (althurgh i reserved with balcony) and literally 20 ft away from and right in front of parking lot and registration booth. loud and super busy . we stayed 5 minutes and said no way we are going to rest here. asked to be moved, staff member made a big deal out of it but eventually gave us what we paid for and much quieter location with balcony. they clean the rooms but dont sweep or mop. kinda big deal since we track sand in, and eventually ends up on bed.

location. fewer rooms than mega resorts, so easy to enter, exit to room, pool, beach, parking. breakfast is a good deal if purchased included with room. bad deal if purchased separately. staff was nice. great location, especially if you dont want to leave much. all hotels, restaurnats bars, near by. we rented car and actually stayed elsewhere for 2 nites (tulum area, and Valladolid. although we paid for full 7 days. compared to other ones, it seemed reasonably priced. few kids, thats a plus. steps to beach. well lit, well guarded.

Just that I can’t take my breakfast coffee to out where i can smoke. Simple but important for mornings..

Direct access to the private beach. Feels very safe. There is a close bus stop that takes you to the Zona Hotelería. No problem with parking also. Overall it is a good value hotel. Do both expect much but for the price we paid its really good.

So basically I completely disliked the behaviour of the staff during breakfast. There was a particular worker called Cecilia and she kept chatting and laughing with her colleagues & looking at us (it was so obvious that she was gossiping-childish behaviour, if you ask me) & also, breakfast time starts at 7am and no one told us we could enter. I just entered even though it was still with the "closed" sign and no one greeted us. There was a guy (maybe the manager?) and he was super nice and asked if all was well (appreciated) but the whole vibe was ruined by the childish behaviour I mentioned above. Pity, really.

Nearly everything! Super comfy. The workers greet you well at the entrance. They even carry a big umbrella so you don't get wet when it rains! Breakfast was varied, room was top notch. Beach area is amazinggg and service is efficient.

Reception is closed with glass difficult to communicate with the receptionists. There should be an air-conditioned lobby for guests. Room furnitures are old.

The restaurant, if that is what you can call it. Think…underwhelming snack shack at gorged prices. The best part of our meal were the cold fries.

I liked its proximity to the beach. It was on the boardwalk but far enough away from the busy portion that it was still peaceful.

Got to admit the beachside bar/restaurant was aesthetically very pleasing but the menu was a little disappointing. Maybe that’s being pedantic. Things were very good overall.

The room was incredibly comfortable, the bed in particular (plus a fantastic shower). The pool area was well looked after and a lovely place to spend time. In general, Beachscape was just a nice place to be around.

Breakfast is not good. Property is in need of a remodel. Looks deteriorated and run down, especially the bathrooms in the rooms. It’s a 15 min walk from all all the restaurants, stores and clubs in zona hotelera, so expect a lot of walking.

Nice, calm beachfront location. Convenient on site restaurant for stays that are not all inclusive although food is ok.

The beach by the hotel was not to swimming in due to the algae and smell of the algae.

When we were there, there was a lot of smelly seaweed on the beach that was not cleaned up, but we were told it was an anomaly (not just by staff, but tourists who travel to Cancun frequently), as this seaweed rarely happened. However, 50 meters away was some of the best beach in Cancun with great and safe water to walk and swim in, though it was in front of other hotels (but all the beaches are public, so you can go wherever you want).

Nice, small facility with a great pool that is open until 10 pm (most hotels nearby close their unheated pools at 7 pm) and is heated (but not too much so it feels comfortable but not warm). Good restaurant with good variety of food and good cocktails (alcoholic and non-alcoholic so your kids can enjoy them as well). Good breakfast. But the food is pricy in the restaurant, while the breakfast is about 20 dollars for people above 12 yo, and 15 dollars for kids 11 and under. Big rooms with 2 TVs and full kitchen. Can play billiards and table tennis on sight, along with fitness center.

No sockets next to the bed Due to a large amount of sargasso on the beach it wasn’t possible to swim. I was disappointed. Climatic situation can't be controlled even though the hotel keeps cleaning.

Beautiful beachfront hotel Good cosy rooms & bed. The room is quite neutral. It would be nicer with some decorations & special touch Great staff & specially the concierge deserves a 5☆
