The cleanliness of pool has to be improved. One sink of my room was not worked. Noise from hallway outside. Sound insulation was not good enough. The air conditioner was a bit noise as well.

Staff are nice and polite. We were living on higher floor and view was phenomenal. We enjoyed the sunset view very much. Gondola restaurant was my favourite. The food was tasty. I enjoyed the dessert on Tequila restaurant as well. Server were nice and well trained.

The lady at check-in could have been a little more welcoming and friendlier. Room needs a fridge. Bathroom needs more hooks to hang drying clothes: thus, a public laundry would be useful. Bathroom has a lot of wasted space which could be used for purpose. The bathroom door and toilet location in the bathroom is weird. Cannot fully open the bathroom door - could have been designed better (I've already drawn it for you 😉).

The palace needs some updates. Our jacuzzi had a stopper that was broken. Elevators were slow and packed. Maybe because one was not in service.

Cheaters!! The desks across from front desk would tell you $400.00 US dollar hotel credit that you can use it towards activities, restaurants, spa etc. Once you trust and think you don’t have to pay then receive services, yes!! It is in your tab as room charge and if you don’t pay for it they won’t let you go. That is what happened to our family today. We had a flight to catch at 8:30 am so we were checking out at 5:40ish am. There was no one but one guy at the front desk and he said we had to pay almost $200.00 US dollar for the spa service that my sis in-law used so I explained the credit that was given to us as welcome package then he said he had nothing to do with it because front desk and the desks across from the front desk are not working together in the hotel (does this make sense?? Wearing same uniform and back and forth communication) Since it was early in the morning there was nobody in higher position I could address this issue so I had to give him my credit card and walked away. They are helpless and good at taking customers money although we spent almost $10000.00 US dollars for this trip. So filthy and greedy…

All inclusive package deal was only thing I liked.

I would have appreciated them having few vegan options in the menu for an all inclusive resort. For breakfast, they only had vegan waffles and when I asked for the second time, the waiter told me it would take 40 mins. There were hardly any vegan options in the menu for lunch and dinner.

The room was spacious, hot tub was amazing, views were great. The beach was clean and the view from pool is great. The staff is polite and helpful. Room service is really quick. Great location as well.

The hotel is very nice in general, it is not a super big property. There was a enough variety of food at the buffet. The rooms were very spacious with a comfortable terrace to chill. The kids pool has a tobogan and our 4 year old enjoyed the games at the kids room. During our stay the hotel was not full, still at some times chairs by the pool were not available. The white sand and blue ocean makes the beach beautiful, lots of space available since it was almost empty. During our stay it was very windy so sunshades couldnt be opened at the beach or at the pools no other shade available.

Limited snack food options between meal times--restaurants did not open until 6:00 each evening. Big pitch to attend sales presentation. As was mentioned in many reviews, the decor and furnishings were dated and worn, and in need of renovation. There was very little green space--a few token shrubs and palm trees, but nothing that felt overly tropical.

Staff was great. Restaurant food was very good. Beach was lovely. Pools were nice and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a great job of servicing and maintaining the room.

The pillows were uncomfortable and flat. The wait for the other restaurants was very long to get seated and even longer to get served dinner. I’d recommend the steak house and the Buffett. Everyday before noon the resort was out of beach towels. Only one side of the sky bar pool was open for drinks and food. Not much nightly entertainment that was actually good.

The beach was beautiful. The Buffett was excellent. The drinks were good. The steak house restaurant was amazing - they had best drinks and food and service. The rooms were good and the beach view was great.

We found only one functioning hot tub out of 3 and there was no adult only use of it. Little ones with shimmies and tweens with “messing around” made it unpleasant and not relaxing for adults.

Staff were terrific. Very friendly hospitable and accommodating.

The resort and rooms are a little dated and need renovations.

My first all inclusive beach vacation made a memorable by the resort staff, food and events at the resort. it is very family friendly. Many events throughout the day. They accommodated vegetarian food options for us. There are plenty in their menu but sometime.they still go out of the way to serve us special customized vegetarian dishes. Food is one of the best I ever had. They have plenty of vegetarian options. sometimes they even customize and serve you as per your need/liking.  I would recommend, Andres at Buffet restaurant, Myrna at Tavola restaurant, and Daniel at Gondola restaurant  They suggested the food order to us and it turned out to be the best. Andres provided us with the best service. Gabriela at Buffet bar makes the best Omlette. Must try.

The hotel is rather old, but everything worked fine If you want to have a resort with large territory, this is not Cancun area Here you can enjoy calm stay swimming and sun bathing Prices in spa are ridiculous

The hotel is located next to a road that is a bit noisy, but nothing that is beyond expectation.

Food in the hotel very tasty. The hotel facilities were as expected. The mobile phone app for customers seemed rather useless at first, but in the end it turned out to be a very good help about informing what is happening in the hotel.

90% of staff is awesome. But 10% - i guess needs training. I have read about bad reviews about the bracelet bonds and how staff sometimes treats you like a second class citizen. I experienced it once when at the beach by noon, there was an empty lounge chair, and I tried to put my bag, one staff told me right away that it is only for guests with silver bracelets. I understand totally about VIPS- maybe they should put a note there that those are reserved only for specific guests with silver bonds. There should be a better way of handling this better. Just my thoughts.

Just cozy and the beach is beautiful and I love the coffee shop! Also, the availability if 24 hour room service is a deal breaker especially if u have early tour/ excursion.

I have to say some facilities were outdated.

Every meals at the buffet were tasty and good presentation. Since menu were changed every day, we enjoyed from breakfast to dinner for three days. Also, every staff were careful, friendly and nice. The sweets shop beside the big pool provided high quality icecream and coffee.
