Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesHowever, the location was a bit of a letdown. While it was convenient for exploring the city center, getting to the west part of town was a challenge due to heavy traffic.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a good experience. We stayed at the premium level. The hotel itself was pretty modern and well-appointed. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great selection.

Very clean, large room and very comfortable. The one-drink voucher for guests was nice, and so was the bar downstairs. Good location- in between historic center,Palacio belles Artes and Roma , and very fast to get to the Guadalupe basilica

Belgiumthe breakfast had everyday the same 3 juices options: green, organge and grapefruit.. not really much variety everyday and is hard because in Mexico there should be more juice options. The room was ok pretty much ow they describe on the photos but it has a rug instead of a floor and that can be tricky as I got respiratory allergy in the last 2 days we were there, off course too much exposure to this -idontthinkitwasthatclean- rug. Shampoo is a small bottle which is not enough for 2 people should try to get a bigger shampoo bottle in the shower already same with liquid soap. One of the 4 elevators was broken for a time and that made it harder to go up or down as there are many floors and many people using it. the TV on our room had some issue the image was not showing well needed adjustment but it was ok to watch
I liked the fact that this hotel was close to Reforma Avenue and very well located on a walking distance to the city center and other landmarks, theres also food options around. I liked the vintage style of the hotel, I liked that even though it closed to an avenue we were able to sleep well without disturbance at night, it has a pool a gym and a spa and the pool is ok (small but nice for a quick swim). the food was nice too but too much lactose. The hairdryer is a small one trademark Connair and is very good to be a small hairdryer, never ever went failing or turning off and my wife has a long hair so no need to pack yours. Nice bar in the lobby and even better sushi restaurant in the lower lobby if needed to eat somewhere without getting out of the hotel
