Dirty pool. The bathrooms need updating. The hotel is very noisy at night till 1:00 am as it is surrounded by two nightclubs and a restaurant with live music below. The hotel does warn you about this but the experience is not pleasant.

The wifi was an issue during our stay. There was also a problem with the shower of one of the rooms we had but it was fixed.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The art gallery in the veranda is amazing and a great place to enjoy the artists busking on 5a and people watch or chill with your party. The location is great and not far from Mamita beach and el deportivo. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The pool was even smaller than the photos. Due to the location on 5th avenue it was very loud from 10pm-2am.

The wifi was spotty and inconsistent. Ideal for short stays as there was no mini fridge and I was under the impression that there was a Smart TV but it was a cable box, so not able to connect to Netflix etc.

Excellent location, right on fifth avenue and close to everything you may need. The bed was quite comfortable and staff were pleasant and helpful.

Most important - too loud. If you want to sleep, avoid it. If you get a room 400, please immediately ask for a change or leave. That hole shouldn’t exist. Luckily our room was changed from 400 to another one. There is no elevator. Internet is quite slow and unreliable.

It is right on fifth, so very loud, but that's what to be expected in this location. The room I had was extremely dark and only had one dim light except from the bathroom light and because the window was to the hall I could not keep curtains off at day due to privacy. Right outside my door there was a little bench, but I could not use the space because the cleaning staff used it for laundry and to have very loud chats and meet ups right outside my window - not very respectful. The big common area/terrace was under construction while I was there, so it was not possible to sit anywhere in the hotel besides my very dark room. At one point there was a power outage for almost 24 hours and I asked if I could please get a refund for my last days of stay and move hotel, but they would not let me get a refund and said I could go to another hotel to shower while it lasted. All I got as compensation was a discount coupon to a beachclub where I still had to pay - ridiculous. In the room the duvet was not converered in bedding, which I found very unsanitary.

Okay hotel, rooms were fine, location central, water pressure was best I had in Playa.
